I have only used this printer a few times. I have brought ink twice and still does not print. Never again! Please do not buy!!! I wish I could get my money back. I brought this printer to avoid from going to Staples and the library. End up going anyway because my printer doesn’t work! Unsatisfied customer!!!!

Terrible experience thus far. Wi-fi connection is unreliable at best. Have to power cycle this printer every single time I want to print anything.

Absolutely disappointing

For starters, it literally came with a disc. This made me curios about the manufactured date. There was an overabundance of blue tags that needed to be removed. The bottom of the printer is unfinished. I see exposed gears that should be covered. There's way too many applications attached to this printer. The only good thing is the large display. I'll stick with HP from now on. This was a big mistake.

Easy to set up. Very slow printer. Fuzzy font even when adjusted properly. Poor customer support from manufacturer

Poor Print Quality

Had an Epson printer like this for over 10 yrs. Loved it. The WF-4830 is very different. Main flaw is you cannot adjust the print density for documents printed from the computer. They are too light. Navigating menus was always a challenge. Epson support was useless. Returned computer to Best Buy and bought a Canon printer. Best Buy support was excellent. Return was a breeze.

Printer failed, could not be replaced

Printer had a hardware failure after 3 weeks of use and BestBuy could not replace it so I was forced to buy an HP product.

I was specifically looking for a printer/scanner that would accommodate 11”x17” paper……the clerk at the store assured me this would…….it will not. I sent it back.
