I returned this machine because I had ordered by mistake. Somehow it was returned to me because the serial number did not match the box ( I don't know how. I checked and it does). It was cheap and I decided to keep it. I SIMPLY LOVE IT NOW. I'm glad it fount its way back to me. Serendipity?

My last printer was an Epson, so I knew the brand is reliable but sometimes not every product. Turns out that this a very nice printer, and double the paper holders. It’s nice and quiet, and that’s something important to me.

I have always purchased HP printers in the past but the last two I bought had problems that I could not resolve. Decided to try the Epson product and I am glad I did. It functions flawlessly and was very easy to set up.

This is an annoying printer. The quality is good and I like the two drawers... but it is slow and it always drops from my network such that I have to constantly turn it off and back on to get it to print. And printing from my phone? Good luck. I'm going back to HP.

Efficient and good quality copying and printing for a home office. Haven't been able to figure out how to print to legal size paper.

Smooth and quiet operation. Four stars instead of five because I haven't yet used it for photo printing, and the software package doesn't include scan to cloud and other features. Minor inconvenience to download more drivers.

Have had this now for a few months and pretty happy with it. Got tired of the BS that comes with the HP printers. Getting this connected to my home computers for scanning to the PC was a breeze unlike with HP. Think I will stick with Epson for a while.

Si far it’s good I used to print some pictures and copies. Perfect!!

Great printer. Needed double side scan and print. Quick set up. Use the software on CD with printer for easy scanning. I ended up buying 2 actually.

Nice Printer. Concerned when it arrived cause the box looked like it had been tossed around. We checked the printer for any damage but did find any. It was exactly what my husband wanted in a printer size and features. My husband likes the big display screen and it was very easy for him to setup. I would recommend this printer.

It's a good printer for typical color prints, etc. It does eat ink. I would have probably bought a tank printer, but this was the only printer at the time that was capable for what I needed and had an upfront USB plug for my thumb drives.

This is the best printer I love it and it makes copies fast

Constant paper jams, constant wifi disconnects even though its located next to the router and has full signal. Print quality is subpar, color is horrible and spotty. It is simply put just a horrible printer. Do yourself a favor and look at other options... Don't be me who uses their printer daily for work and this printer is keeping me from doing my job. And even though it is brand new I am currently shopping for its replacement.

I love this printer. It's so easy to use. I got the app on my phone and i can adjust anything that needs to be adjusted. At first i had to figure out the paper size but i did and it was great.

Didn’t work when I tried to set it up with my existing Google WiFi mesh network. Once I switched to my Netgear router it worked perfectly. Set up process was a nightmare but now it’s working perfectly

Very effective in getting the job done. Nice upgrade from my old Epson.

Working very well for me, and I hope it keeps going for a while. Very good print quality and speed.

This printer is a true workhorse. Copies and scans pages quickly.
