Good Printer

Four stars instead of five because I haven't yet used it for photo printing, and the software package doesn't include scan to cloud and other features. Minor inconvenience to download more drivers.

New Printer

Turns out that this a very nice printer, and double the paper holders. It’s nice and quiet, and that’s something important to me.

Decided to try the Epson product and I am glad I did. It functions flawlessly and was very easy to set up.

Keeps dropping off the network - annoying

The quality is good and I like the two drawers... but it is slow and it always drops from my network such that I have to constantly turn it off and back on to get it to print. And printing from my phone? Good luck. I'm going back to HP.

Great Printer

Got tired of the BS that comes with the HP printers. Getting this connected to my home computers for scanning to the PC was a breeze unlike with HP. Think I will stick with Epson for a while.

Switched from HP for a New Feel

I purchased it to replace an HP OfficeJet Pro (purchased in 2019). The HP couldn't keep up with the printing I was doing at home for work, so I bought the WF-4830 because I couldn't find a compatible HP machine that I liked. I thought it would be good to switch it up and see how the competition compares to my favorite brand.

Concerned when it arrived cause the box looked like it had been tossed around. We checked the printer for any damage but did find any. It was exactly what my husband wanted in a printer size and features. My husband likes the big display screen and it was very easy for him to setup. I would recommend this printer.

Awesome printer

I got the app on my phone and i can adjust anything that needs to be adjusted. At first i had to figure out the paper size but i did and it was great.
