Great printer. Very intuitive and easy to set up.

Works as well as my previous Epson all-in-one. I use it in my home wireless network and it functions as advertised. Good clean copies, prints and photos. Capability for larger portrait photos was a function I was looking for.

This took a long time to come in to my local store. Around a month. Highly quality product for use in my home and nonprofit office. Actually ordering a 2nd one thru Amazon since im using grant funds and cant way a month to receive an item I've paid for. Local BestBuy staff were great when i kept checking in to see if it was delivered, why there was such a long delay. Very kind.

I bought this to be able to print faster in bulk vs my existing printer. It does that well, but I only gave 4 stars for the scanning quality when it is B&W and grayscale. If there is a way to make it better, it is not easy to find.

This machine is sleek in design, fast, and efficient. More complicated than my previous Epson printer. I downloaded the 393 page manual. There is a lot to learn. The machine is heavy, weighing about 45 pounds. Ink can be recycled. I always use expensive paper to avoid jams.

Purchased for printing 11x17 sheet music. Much easier to read. Not thrilled with need for having to access user manual online.

Great printer. This is my second one of the same model. I absolutely live. Gave my old one to my daughter in law. She loves it

The overall quality of the machine is good. Good printing, coping and scanning. reasonably quick and pixel quality is good. Cartridges suck and are quick to use up and expensive. WORST is that if any color is theoretically empty then the machine shuts down so if you are out of cyan you can NOT print in black. SHEIT!!! Would not buy again as the firmware makes you buy the Epson brand ONLY cartridges. SHEIT!!

Had a few issues with print quality (mostly smudging) when I first started using it but those seem to have sorted out. It’s very good for my 11x17 drawings.

Haven’t used it yet purchased for the sole purpose of sublimation printing waiting on the conversion kit to become available. I hear it a updated version of the Wp 7720. Can wait to see what happens

Great printer with a variety of uses and paper sizes. I purchased it to replace a previous model that i had sonce 2020. My only concern is the paper feeding. It usually prints a blank page before printing the actual page.

Actually have two of these. Need 11 x 17 support scanning and small time printing quantity. Would rather an ECO TANK but cannot afford that one. Have 2 other ECOTANKS instead.

Well, the two paper trays really love a rear feeder for envelopes and shipping labels great printer!

scanning system does not work with windows 10 had to go online to set up a scanning system that works

This product works exactly like it says it should the ink comes out very tight with no smudges it’s very easy to use and tells you the problem if it stops working

So far I haven't any issues with working my printer, and the way it prints. I would recommend purchasing this merchandise.

This has been a great printer so far. only complaint i have is it randomly disconnected from internet once and i had to unplug and wait several minutes before i could reconnect to the internet. Also ink goes pretty fast for me. i mostly print in black but have had to replace ink that came with printer after two months and 3 months after that purchase ink needs to be replaced again.

Great large-format printer. Frustrating occasional loss of wireless connectivity even though it is within 10 feet of a top-tier WAP.
