The print quality on the ecotank printers wasn't good enough, so I went back to this WorkForce Pro. The print quality is good. The paper handling is TERRIBLE. I can only print maybe 5 envelopes out of tray 1 without the printer jamming. If you plan on using this printer to print envelopes - make sure you have easy access to the back of the machine so you can fix the jams.

The scanner is really slow when trying to scan a large contract over 10 pages long. The scanner also paper jams with multiple pages over 25 and have to start all over.

The fact is that I've spent more time fixing and repairing the connection to WiFi with this printer than I have printing anything. The connection drops continually, and the troubleshooting is worthless, it blames the router. In my small office, the router is only 5 feet away. The Epson software doesn't work well, and connection issues are actually worse using the Epson software, but make no mistake it isn't much better using a driver selected by my laptop to install the printer. I bought this to replace an 11 year old HP printer, which is starting to show its age. I'm going back to my old HP, as this Epson printer is worthless as it rarely prints.
