I use this printer scanner copier for my real estate business overall I couldn’t be happier copies right to my computer wirelessly print and copy super fast quality of color is very good which is important in my business for pictures.

This printer sucks! I have had many Epson printers over the years and have been satisfied but this one is horrible! DO NOT BUY! It consistently drops connection to our server. I have to constantly turn on/off and/or re-enter the server information. I've re-downloaded the printer's software but nothing is helping. I hate this thing and will probably never purchase from Epson again. The quality of the printing is fine and it works great printing pictures too, but I can't rely on it to consistently work and stay connected to our server. Our server is not old either.

Everything was great until I ran out of ink. All I could get was set of 4 inks which lasted a very shot time. The setup cartridges that came with the printer lasted longer than the standard cartridges that I purchased. XL 812 cartridges were unavailable except for XL black ink and standard cartridges. XL colors are unavailable. I am going to get in touch with the outfit I bought the printer from and return the printer and get a different brand.

The printer is better than anticipated. It replaced an Epson wf-7520 which I was fond of. Outside the cost of ink (always an issue with inkjets) I'm very happy with the printer. Best Buy delivery was right on schedule with no issues,

I didn't think it was gonna be that big. But it's awesome. Get runs so much better than what I had.

Delivery was on schedule and when we received the printer we were in business within minutes. The set up and integration was very easy. We have been HP users for many years, this is the first time for EPSON for over a decade.

All functions work as expected except for wifi connection that is unreliable. This is a common problem with this printer as evidenced by web searches for fixes. None of the fixes worked including Epson troubeshooting and website support, so I got a wifi repeater which allows me to connect the printer via ethernet cable with no wifi issues, proving that he printer was at fault, not my wifi connection.

INK CARTRIDGES ARE SMALL AND REQUIRE REPLACING MORE OFTEN THAN A LARGE PRINTER LIKE THIS SHOULD, DISAPPOINTED. OTHERWISE, WORKS WELL.

Epson Work Force 7840, simply the best printer I have ever owned!! I highly recommend it!!

This is an amazing printer! Not only did I get it on sale but it is a wonderful all-in-one!

I had a Brother all-in-one copier and the ink cost was just out of control. It started having problems and I decided not to spend any money on it and looked into a new printer. I was impressed with what I heard about the Epson and decided to give it a chance. I has performed extremely well and I love it. However, I was extremely bothered by the fact that the only ink that came with it allowed one test and there was no more ink. Other brands offered free ink for one or even two years and this one only gave enough for a test. I then had to order ink, wait for it to arrive and set it up. I paid over $450.00 for the machine and you would think the least they could have offered was enough ink to print for awhile. I have only had it a little over a month and am satisfied with it but would opt for something that would have at least offered me a little more than a drop of ink to get started. I would have given it a higher rating but felt that the purchase was not completely adequate.

This thing is a beast! Does everything it says it can do and then some! Easy wireless setup with quick connection. And easy menu guides. Absolutely love this printer so far, ready to explore it more to see and use everything it can do

I was hesistant about purchasing but I loved it. The pictures are bright and clear. and I enjoy that I can use the different size paper.

Just gave to the user no review yet good price I liked the fact it take a ream of paper. Epson printers I have used before easy to set up with wireless network.

This printer is easy to set up abs easy to use. Great for larger printing projects with a good size paper tray to hold lots of paper. It connected easily to my wi-if network and the email to print function is super easy.

Works great, easy to set up and no cables!!! Wireless works.

Very impressed by this printers capabilities. Bigger than I thought but all the functions that will be needed for work at home and small business. Quiet, fast, reliable, and multi functional. The best printer so far that I ever bought.

Use as home office - handles multiple paper sizes, most useful as 11x17 plan printer. Consistent quality, trouble free.

We've been very happy with the Epson printers we've had in the past, and I am sure we'd have been with this one as well. We ended up returning it because it was too large for the space.
