The printer works well but when I changed the ink cartridge for the first time it stated the ink cartridge was not recognized. After speaking with tech support, my printer was replaced with a refurbished one because the hardware was failing. Also, there is not a lot of information to help when something goes wrong. Besides the fact I purchased a new printer then 40 days later it was replaced with a used one which I felt robbed, the printer is actually a good one.

Has some cool features and prints pretty quick. All my pc's and laptops connect with no issues which was a major problem for my last printer.
