    The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 stars is my last printer (Epson WE-7820 gave out after only about a year. It was under an extended warranty. But Best Buy replaced it with a new one. Originally I just wanted it repaired, but these days, they just give you a new model! So far the new one is working just fine.
