Having easy access to the back is the only I can use some of the features. Took awhile for Geek Squad to set up. Who knows what would have happened if I tried.

Operations are still sketchy however this model outshines the last one, looks good and has a better design. The support tray for printing is now motorized so no more picking your papers off the floor forgetting to pull out the support tray.

The only issue I have, I spent quite a bit of time trying to set up the scan to email feature. I ended up calling Epson. My email address is not compatible. I still can't get that set up.

The network connectivity is reliable, and the Epson scanner software facilitating scan-to-computer, combined with the double-sided ADF, is an immense time saver. I have used Epson and HP multi-function printers before, but this is definitely one of the most refined and well thought out Epson products I have had the pleasure to use to date.

There is a separate tray that will accept 11" x 17" paper in addition to having another tray that can accept 8.5" x 11" paper. The printout process is swift. It's nice to be able to scan documents.
