Was surprised the printer came with full ink cartridges. Does print a little slower than what I'm used to but definitely gets the job done!

I haven't had it long enough to really do a lot of work on it. I replaced this with an Epson printer that I really loved and I'm sure this one will work out well. Epson makes really good printers.

Learn more about the printer before purchase maybe get a service package. I haven't had this long and I have a lot of printing issues.

Won't stay connected to WiFi

We wanted to print school papers, photographs and work documents from anywhere in the house. We even wanted to email stuff to print while we were out of the house. This printer promised all those things. Sadly it delivers nothing. First off: Set up is an absolute nightmare. 4+ hours getting the thing set up. It connected to WiFi and worked for one week and then disconnected and now it won't reconnect. I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating Epson Smart panel and still nothing. My router is less than six feet from this printer and it says Poor WiFi signal. If I could return this expensive paperweight I would. Now my family and I have to bring our laptops to the printer and connect via USB in order to print. What it did print was pretty nice. Waste of money and I now hate Epson.
