LOVE IT!! It took six months but worth the waiting! I have an older model but appreciate the bells and whistle on the new one!

Just used my printer for the first time and I Love it. I was in desperate need of a new wide format printer, and as always, Best Buy had it for same-day in-store pickup!!!

My last one of these workforce printers lasted 8 years and I liked it so much I bought another of the current model.

Highly disappointed in the ink” after the setup, the printer is now saying it’s out of ink. Had I know this would have been the case I would have either ordered more ink or found a different printer. Just ridiculous…

Good printer, has lots of options. It is a little fussy with paper settings and eats lots of ink like every inkjet.

As soon as I saw the microscopic , three drops of ink cartridges with electronic chips in them I knew it was time to return this thing ! 20 years ago I had a HP with the stupid chips telling me the brand new $80 cartridges were "expired" . At that point my relationship with the HP printer expired as well , have not owned another since ! I will not be forced to spend near $100 for a couple hundred pages ....IF YOUR LUCKY ! The cartridges hold nothing for ink and the printer uses ink every time it does printhead cleaning . It will cost $25 every time it cleans the print heads ! At least thats what it will cost somebody else ! From what Ive read EPSON has gone out of their way to make it impossible to circumvent the use of their $$ cartridges . Resetters do not work for 812xl cartridges . You have to buy single use "chips" ....that cost near as much as legit cartridges . Once again , all EPSON accomplished with all that work was keeping me away as far as Im concerned .

Excellent product! I was a bit worried that the footprint would be too large but it fit on the cart OK. It does need a little extra room behind so you can properly open back paper feed. Color images are great, even for photos. Draft printing is a bit light, though. I highly recommend it!

Good printer, but set-up is confusing. Ended up having to connect through ethernet cable.

Absoutley Love Epson Printers. But this one wasted SO MUCH ink. I pront about 30-50 Sheets a day. However this pronter prints WONDERFUL. Great prints.

I initially bought this Epson printer, and within a few weeks, I experienced issues with the paper constantly getting stuck in the scanner. After reporting it, Epson's solution was to replace my brand-new printer with a refurbished one, which already felt like a downgrade. Fast forward a little over a year later, and the printer suddenly stopped printing cyan entirely. Despite trying everything from cleaning the nozzle to using brand-new cartridges, nothing worked. I reached out to Epson again, only to be told that my best option was to buy a new printer! The fact that a fairly new printer failed so quickly, combined with the one-year warranty—which is clearly too short—leaves me feeling like this purchase was a complete waste of money. I won’t be buying another Epson printer and would caution others to think twice before investing in one.

Haven't used it much so far so good. Bought it because of scanner size.

The 7840 Epson is working better for me. They must have redefined the internal parts. Before this I have 3 Epson that i returned.

I would recommend this printer for sure ! Definitely worth every penny. I’m glad I narrowed down my options and went with this one . It won’t disappoint

Great pru ter except replacement cartridges too high

Tends to be a little picky on some things, but overall performance is great!

Revived but haven’t used it yet as I was in a car wreck a week after getting it but am converting it for sublimation!!
