I initially bought this Epson printer, and within a few weeks, I experienced issues with the paper constantly getting stuck in the scanner. After reporting it, Epson's solution was to replace my brand-new printer with a refurbished one, which already felt like a downgrade. Fast forward a little over a year later, and the printer suddenly stopped printing cyan entirely. Despite trying everything from cleaning the nozzle to using brand-new cartridges, nothing worked. I reached out to Epson again, only to be told that my best option was to buy a new printer! The fact that a fairly new printer failed so quickly, combined with the one-year warranty—which is clearly too short—leaves me feeling like this purchase was a complete waste of money. I won’t be buying another Epson printer and would caution others to think twice before investing in one.

Does the job! But it does go through ink, but there was none in stock at the store when I needed it.

Love my new printer. Great for working at home. It has made being from the office easier. Having all the options is wonderful !

Constantly not connected to computer. To much download junk. It’s a printer not a space ship. Face menu another mess. Poorly designed. Not worth its price. Over priced. I would never buy an Epson again.

I've been using Epson printers for decades. Always good quality. Excellent wifi connection capabilities. Easy to maintain.

Awesome printer, but uses Alot of color to print. Love it though.

Fantastic so far although I did end up using the native Apple software because the Epson software was a nightmare.

Do yourself a favor, read this whole review. NEVER BUY THIS UNIT. Within a couple of months, Epson had to send me a (used) replacement because mine (printer software) locked up irreversibly. Before it locked up, it would constantly drop its connection to the computer. The replacement has been doing the same thing. Epson loves blaming the computer, but typically, the problem would be resolved by restarting the printer, sometimes several times. Restarting the computer never makes a difference. This problem has never gone away. Every time it does an automatic software update, the connection is lost, even when it tells me the update search found nothing to update, Epson support is useless. They can't fix the problem because they won't admit it's their fault. Now, as so often before, I cannot do a simple single page scan because it has, once again, lost its connection. Keep in mind, this is not connected wirelessly. It's connected via USB cable. Every time I want to print or scan, I hold my breath and hope for the best. All too often I end up disappointed. This unit has so much mechanical movement every time it's restarted that I'm convinced the internal parts will wear out prematurely because of so many restarts. They get more motion from restarts than they will ever get from printing or scanning. This is an overcomplicated, underperforming, unreliable, unstable piece of junk. I've never regretted a purchase more than I've regretted this one. Shame on BestBuy for selling this kind of China-made garbage. Worst all-in-one I've ever used. I've been suffering with this thing for abotu 2 years!!! No thanks to Epson. They will get another earful from me when I have the time to deal with their user-unfriendly tech line. They make it very difficult to navigate to an actual human being. I wish I could have rated it with a zero stars.

I only buy Epsom printers. They have all the features I need or want. Had to wait a long time to get this model.

Does everything my office needs. Very mulit function for all our needs

takes some getting use to ,but great machine, always have had Epson work force all in one, cant beat it

Love the printer however it should have come with ink. didn't know you couldn't print with the starter ink.

Printer works the way its suppose to. It is very versatile and helped me with alot of project's.
