    Garbage. We have always used an Epson, but this printer is frustrating. The auto-feeder can’t handle more than one page at a time, and you cannot add additional pages to a pdf scan, like with older printers. Auto-feeder does not scan straight, nor are the scans clear. There also is no option to immediately stop a print job. Finally, the newest app for mobile printing is useless. I had to revert to an older app to print from my phone/ipad. Regret this purchase.

    initially out of the box it did not work. After 2 hrs of trouble shooting and then 1hr on the phone with Epson got it replaced under warranty... New one works great and functions well.

    Good printer. The UI and functionality isn’t the best. Scanner doesn’t work as well as other printers I have used in the past.

    Bought just a week ago and so far this printer has given continuous trouble with WiFi router setting. Called the technical support but no solution. the printer gets connected intermittently and then suddenly fails. The router is just 4 steps away from the printer. On top of that technical support is horrible asking me call the Network service provider and get the correct SSID name and password. How brain dead are these support people when I am saying the printer is loosing connections. There are times when it is working then why would I have a wrong SSID or password? The printer's wifi software itself is malfunctioning!
