I tried TWO WF-7840s, the first one I returned after 2 1/2 unsuccessful hours with the Geek Squad to print from my Alienware computer. The second teturned after printing six, different 8 1/2x11 photos, each with ink blemishes along both sides.

A great business and personal printer. Great text as well as photos. It holds a load of paper and has 3 feeders, 2 draws and a rear feed. The best part is the great price.

Easy to use. Firmware updates are simple. Ink cost is a little high, but quality printing.

Left HP printer for this brand Epson and let me say i really regret not dong it sooner! I was enrolled on the HP instant ink for my business and for my house and let me say i was really not saving like I thought i was going to, when i started to do numbers it was not as much saving. With Epson HUGE difference! Epson does not offer anything like HP does but they dont need to since their ink does last longer the HP and when you print it really looks better that HP prints! Give this printer a chance you wont go wrong at all.

Once I got the paper loading figured out. It works great! I like the bright color pages that print and the black ink works great too. Easy of use.

I was looking for a large format printer for business that wouldn't break the bank and this is just the right thing. Fast printing and no problems in the first month with it.

Great print quality! Prints on a larger scale good for school projects

I love this printer. It allows me to print some wide format obituary designs. Now I dont use it to print obituary orders but I do have a need to print out some of my projects to have samples on hand to promote my business and the images come out lovely

I bring jobs home and i have had no issues with printing, copying, faxing or scanning I love it works well for home and office use. Set-up was a bit of a task but technical support fixed that right up.

I love this printer and am currently on my second one, as the original Epson WF-7840 decided to completely stop printing one month before my purchased 4-year extended warranty expired. Fortunately, the printer is still on the market and I was able to get a replacement. Don't know what I would have done with all of my 11 by 17 paper and printer ink. Highly recommend the extended warranty.

This printer is a little larger than some of the other Epson printers I have had, but it looks very nice and is super easy to use and set up. If I could give negative stars, I would. My issue is the ink. I purchased a new machine from Best Buy in December 2020 and since then Epson has already sent me another printer because the printer keeps drinking the ink. According to Epson the printer should print about 1000 pages in black but I have only been getting 350 pages. Epson only says that they can send me a new printer and not an upgrade. I am more than willing to pay for an upgrade but they won’t approve it. Don’t buy this machine unless you have deep pockets for the ink. I have purchases Epson ink 7 times since December. At 75.00 each purchase I could have just bought a new printer. Best Buy told me to call Epson so I could bring it back to them for a refund. I purchased the geek squad plan only to find out you have to pay for them to come out. That part really sucks since I am 45 min away.

This is the best printer ever. It’s an all in one and I love it. The colors are perfect. It can print on paper as large as 11x17 and it is hard to find a printer that does that. Easy to set up and start using.

Great printer, happy with the ability to print 11 by 17. Quiet when printing. Easy to connect to wifi. 1 gripe about the rear paper tray. It grabs the paper and pulls 1 side of the paper but no the other whoch causes it to jam. The 2 other trays work great.

Love the print quality and functionality of this printer. I print my digital artwork on this and am happy with the results. Getting it set up and functional with my network was s bit of an issue but finally got help from an Epson CSR who was able to figure it out.

The directions were very well explained no need to call for assistance

Printer works great and super easy to set up. Prints all sizes.

The second paper tray is nice, as you don't have to refill as often. Also, like having actual buttons for the fax, not having to use a touch screen. The print quality is very good as well. No complaints.

Best efficient and clear printer in the market today

The Epson Workforce Pro WF-7840 Wireless Wide Format Printer was an ease to set up, I have not experienced any issues and am pleased with this printer. The print quality and the ink life fits my needs

Owned a WF-7620 prior to this purchase. Prior printer lasted 7 years before it gave up. More than happy with the original so only logical to replace it with the newest version. This new model has a slightly narrower cabinet and is not as heavy as the prior WF-7620 printer. Impressive feature of the WF-7840 is an automatic paper tray receiver. If the paper tray was not extended on the prior printer, the printed pages would fall to the floor. This printer has a motorized receiver tray. Once the print is sent, the tray will deploy before printing the first page so no more picking up my prints off the floor. I did not expect such a feature on a printer at this price point.
