    I’m going to be honest the ink cost the same as the printer. Not a good value print’s decent. But ink cost ridiculous I do not recommend.

    There are things I like about this printer, and things I don't. I have owned many Epson printers over the years and they have all been very reliable and produce high-quality output. This printer seems to be no exception. Although it is light and compact, it feels sturdy and well-made. When not in use, all the trays and feeders fold into the printer making it easy to store, so it would be good for small spaces. The control panel is easy to use and I like that it tilts for easier viewing. On complaint is the use of unintuitive symbols for a few functions. Colored buttons would have been better. Setup and installation was simple and straightforward. The app is useful and intuitive. The automatic two-sided printing ability is very nice and a rare feature to find in this price range. Print speeds are average for an inexpensive home-office printer. Its specs claim 10ppm in black and that’s about what I observed. High-quality photo printing is, of course, much slower. Two-sided printing is lower due to the time it takes to pull the paper back into the machine. Photo quality is decent, but it’s not as good as dedicated photo printers. I had no problems with jamming, but there is easy access to the entire paper path, so if that does happen, it should be easy to clear. Copies and scans are not very fast, but about as expected for the price range and with decent quality. This brings up one of the things I don’t like about this printer – it requires a USB connection in order to scan. It will not scan over the WiFi connection. Another minor complaint is that the lid on the scanner bed has a very short vertical range when closed. When scanning anything thicker than about ¼ inch, the lid has to remain open. The document feeder works well and Overall, this is a good home office printer for its price. It does what a light user would need. I recommend it.

    DO NOT BUY!!! The price is attractive but thats about it. There was an update that happened and now the printer is stuck in "RecoveryMode" After going online this is a common problem with these printers and the solution is not easy to fix. I've spent over 2 days online trying all the fixes with no luck. I'm joining the class action lawsuit against Epson due to this nonsense.

    Trash. I haven’t had it for a year and now the scanner isn’t working. Some how two plastic brackets and a wheel came off during scanning

    The drivers & utilities are from an unknown publisher, and therefore could not be downloaded. I cintacted Epson customer service, and they couldn't care less. I contacted Best Buy and you couldn't help.I returned the Epson printer and will never buy an Epson product ever again. And because Best Buy couldn't help, and really didn't care, and just read off a script like a mindless robot, I'll never purchase anything from Best Buy either.

    Worst printer I ever owned

    You have to coordinate the printer’s app, with your printer’s setup screen and any computers you want to use with it. More pften than not i find myself in a loop that i cant get out of. Im no dummy when it comes to computers and devices but this one is so flaky I am going to have to call Best Buy to send out a geek. Prints are blurry. I’ve run all the maintenance programs several times and it doesnt get better. Uses ink like a madman. I hate it.
