    It is quite literally a scam: ink cartridges last a month at best (with or without printing regularly); cartridges have never been cheaper than $40 per pack ($10 per color); if you don't replace ALL of the cartridges, you can't print anything; if you print diagnostic pages, you will be "taxed" in ink, e.g. the pages can be blank and the printer will say you used ink... there is nothing on the page, no text, images, dates, times, anything--just a clean sheet of paper, but ink levels still lower...

    Worst printer I ever owned. Eats ink, will not stop print black lines and spaces in printing, even after many cleanings, with minimal use after a year or 2.

    less than one year... doesn't work

    Slightly less than 1 year old. This week given message that new software was available & to upgrade. Did this and now the printer cartridges and its ribbon do not advance to the middle of the machine when lifting lid to replace a cartridge. Can not replace an ink cartridge now.

    Should have been perfect

    The Epson WF-2930 should have been a great little printer. Wasn't looking for much. Scan and copy. After hours and hours of following the instructions, it is going back to the store tomorrow. It just will not connect to my computer I need to be able to scan documents to my computer nad make copies.

    Wont print all black if PINK is out

      Hi Kt11, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head.
