Customers appreciate the excellent print quality and ease of use of the WorkForce WF-7620 Wireless Wide-Format All-In-One Printer. Many also find the wireless functionality, scanning capabilities, and multiple paper trays beneficial. However, some customers note that the printer is large and heavy, and some have experienced issues with noise levels and occasional reliability problems. The price point is generally considered reasonable.

We bought this printer because my wife does quilting and it has the correct ink that won't bleed when washed. It has a straight feed for printing on fabric. Easy to setup.wireless printing is a big plus, no cords so you can be in another room and print !. Prints fast and ink is reasonably priced.

Excellent scanning & copying up to 11x17 and prints up to 13x19 from Epson, replacing 2 printers - a very good all in one by Canon and an Epson Artisan 1430. Although this machine only uses 4 (CMYK) cartridges instead of 6 like the Artisan, for my needs it is perfect. If you print, copy or scan large documents regularly this printer will make you very happy. It's not a professional grade photo or art printer, but it does an excellent job printing photos and color documents. I now have more space and 1 printer that does everything I need and in the sizes I use most often. The print, scan and copy speeds are much better than I've had before, and the results are of a higher quality. I have not set up or used the fax function, so I cannot comment on that.
Epson offers multiple ways to print and scan including offsite access, It's simple to set up and use both the print services and the printer itself. I love having the ability to scan to cloud services, email, media or PC directly from or TO the machine which has its own email address!
I used to be a devoted user of another brand till I got my first Epson Artisan - it made me a convert. I've converted others as well who are equally as pleased and impressed with epsons quality and value.
Best Buys Staff were extraordinarily helpful with my purchase.
I wholeheartedly recommend this printer! You won't regret the decision to switch to a wide-format all in one. Free up some space and get more accomplished!! Win win.

This is the top of the line all-in-one printer! This has been the easiest and most inexpensive machine money can buy. It took me 2 months to get it for $199. It goes on sale about 5 times a year. I have owned different brands but cartridges are expensive to buy. This machine has the highest ink consumption rating saving you hundreds of dollars per year. I will never buy another brand, the quality is out of this world and setting it up a piece of cake!

When I was looking at this vs the HP printer at BestBuy, I initially didn't want to get this and get the HP instead. Im glad I changed my mind and went with this instead because when I started using it, it was great, easy to use and prints at a faster speed then my previous HP printer. Quality of prints were also awesome. And it was on sale at the time I got it.

Have had over 30 days and have used one or two reams of paper.
Scanning, faxing and copies are clear with no problems. Very large
manual but can reference online or download to computer. Wi-Fi
works from three computers at the same time with no problems printing
documents. Fast on B/W documents, lot slower larger pictures 8 x 10.

Typically, I buy HP printers, but this Epson had the features I was looking for at the best value. Setup was easy and configuration on my devices straightforward. I print wired from one machine and wirelessly from other machines, tablets and phones, all without issue. The Epson software, especially the scanning software, is robust yet easy to use. The actual prints from the device look great, and the ability to print and scan 11x17 is very useful. So far, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I got this printer after years of stressing over using the architecture school printers. This one has already performed leaps and bounds better! Plus, it's really nice being able to print from my phone or on the road.

The printer works well and I love that it can handle 11x17 paper. The quality is quite good and it's easy to set up. When printing it vibrates/shakes a little so having it on a sturdy table is important. Overall I am very pleased with the printer.

I absolutely love this printer! It's huge! And it looks great in my home office! It's very fast in printing black and white as well as color copies. The multi feed scanner is an absolute must have, unless you like spending your time standing over a scanner scanner each page one at a time (me either). The air print and wireless network printing was extremely easy to set up, and works well with no issues. The large touch screen color screen is responsive and I had no problem understanding the menu without reading the instruction manual. Overall this is the best printer/all in one I've ever owned. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

It's really easy to copy multiple pages from the top of the printer.(no more one sheet at a time)Having multiply trays for different size paper is also nice and saves a lot of time. The wide range of paper sizes makes it perfect for home or work.

Great 11X17 Printer

Had an Hp officejet 7610 that died after two years and needed a printer that was capable of printing 11X17 for architectural/engineering purposes. Prints are much better than the hp, plus now able to scan 11X17 on the auto feeder rather than using the flat bed scanner, saves a lot of time if scanning 10 plus sheets. The starter cartridges yielded a lot of prints. One complaint is even though second tray can handle 11X17 it tends to grab multiple sheets. Had to resort to using 1st tray for 11X17 and second for 8.5X11. Recommend for Architecture/Engineering offices who do not want to invest in an expensive 24X36 plotter

My wife needed a new printer for her business that could handle multiple paper sizes. I was looking for an HP when I found the Epson. A quick check online told me that it would fit her needs.

This is our 2nd Epson of the same model. Pros - largest scanning area, good prints for greeting cards, easy WiFi set up, easy ink changing. Cons - noisy, expensive inks, wears out and does not print as crisply after about 1 year of regular usage.

I work out of my home office. I am a tech trainer and I need to print the beefy instructor guides: -- double sided, in color, 3 hole punched paper. The classes I train have periodic guide revisions so I do a lot of printing. I also need to print class rosters -- B&W single sheets. This printer impresses the heck (insert stronger word) out of me for the following reasons: 2 cassettes -- I can load 3 hole in 1, and regular bright white in another. Directing each print job to the proper cassette is a snap. Double sided printing is automatic! Set it up once, and it effortlessly prints out a thick manual in a manner of minutes. No color or B&W smear, either! Prints fine on recycled paper. Makes clear "original looking" copies. Not too loud. No jams. You do need to consider these 2 things: 1) Size -- it has a large footprint. 2)Ink Cartridges -- 4 of them, and won't print if one of them runs out. But the printer has appropriately-times warnings that pop up on your PC -- so if you neglect them, that's your problem! :-)

this printer is really fast compared to my old HP. the print quality seems excellent. the best feature of it is that it has two paper trays that can each hold different sized paper. I have it loaded it letter (8.5x11) and ledger (11x17). its easy to select the paper size in the app. The Epson app is also much better then the buggy HP one. I used to be a die hard HP user but their quality left a lot to be desired. I think the Epson is a better printer.
The only negative I can see so far is that this thing is huge and takes up a lot of space.

Purchased for its large format scanner, this product quickly became the family and business workhorse. Recommended for anyone needing a quality product. Be warned, it is a big printer, but worth the footprint.
