Posted .It is not normal for the Wi-Fi to lose connection. There may be an issue with the detector or your hotspot.
It also highly unusual to hear that the EZ Mag Mount is falling off the windshield. It is a robust mount. It may have accumulated debris on the cup causing it to lose its adhesion. Simply rinse it off with water and rub debris off with your fingers then shake it dry. Do not towel dry as this will cause lint to accumulate on the cup.
Note that a functional radar jammer is illegal federally to sell and operate, a felony offense.
