Doesn’t work as expected. It does not alert of police radars. Needs constant updates.

Nice features but not the best range on the market.

The devices seems great! The update using the car WiFi are too slow to finish. I have been trying for a week. I also tried to update with my laptop without success. I tried call tech support at the company and can’t get a live person after 6 attempts. For the price, not easy not maintain with updates.

Got it home installed with camera. Nothing special just a radar detector way way over priced. No new technology nothing special except it now has directional light on it. Escort has got people to believe that this radar detector is worth $600+

This radar detector worked great for a few months then quit working.

I was considering the Uniden R3 and the Escort 360c. The 360c is mostly a hands-free device that’s mostly automatic in terms of sensitivity when driving and automatically tuning out false alarms, etc. I want the radar to be situationally aware (I’ve NEVER had a speeding ticket). I don’t intentionally speed for thrills and I’m no nascar driver. I understand the R3 is known to be the most sensitive radar unit on the market at the moment (A huge pro for excessive speeders I’m assuming), but it also seems to demand a bit more of your attention to mute out false alerts, etc. I just want to set the device and forget about it and the 360c does that fairly well. The $399 price tag was also considerably better on the R3 over the 360c (paid about $580 on sale). However, the Escorts WIFI allowing for auto-updates is convenient. The real deal breaker, THE MOUNTING SYSTEM ! ! ! The Escort mounting system is magnetic. I don’t leave the detector hooked up when parked in public, so it’s nice being able to have a more seamless experience mounting and unmounting the device. Another bonus is the directional arrows directing your attention to the radar location. Four stars because my unit came with a scratch and the plastic body feels cheap (build quality) for the money this detector costs.

Worked great for a few months and then became the biggest piece of trash I have ever purchased. This thing will beep and alarm for the entire drive EXCEPT when in front of a police car doing radar. It never used to do that when I first bought it, I’m not sure what changed. Maybe a software update? It is way too sensitive even on the lowest setting to the point where I have to unplug it because I’m so annoyed. I’m hoping Escort fixes this issue because as of now, this thing is useless and irritating.

I’m sure this is a good product but for 650 dollars you’d think they would include more mounting options than just the one which has very limited maneuverability. My 3rd gen Tacoma has a windshield that was too steeply raked for this mount. This didn’t fit by my mirror and to put it down low it was blocked by the hood. The included power cable also causes an issue because it’s not a straight wire so you cant really hide it in the interior trim and run it down to the power adapter. A shame because I would have been happy with the price tag and kept it if I could have just mounted it to my truck lol. Oh well.

The WiFi feature isn’t worth the extra $100. Get the Bluetooth model. Also experienced a lot of fake alarms.

I have my personal opinion on this device, perhaps too much of what they had to offer. I will say one thing that for the first time in my life I received a fine from a police officer. It worked well enough, probably for a week or so. After that, I noticed that the huge police car did not even notice that it was just across the street from the intersection and did not see it in many streets. . I hope the production company will think a little bit about how to fix these problems. I would definitely love this device, but have a quality one. After all, I bought these two devices for my own safety, which is the first issue for me.

Used this on a trip and it did not respond to multiple encounters I had with highway patrol. I’ve used Valentine One prior and it’s way more responsive.

I the beginning it was awesome as after the updates it stopped doing its job as didntn work at all. Very unhappy it gets returned today

Sends false Ka band alarms periodically while driving. Range is terrible. Got a ticket from a TX State trooper and Escort won’t pay the ticket because I didn’t buy it from them. Had an Escort Max II before and it was great. Very disappointed with this model. Certainly not worth the money.

I have bought many Escort Radar Detectors over the years. Thinking this MAX 360c would do the job. WRONG!!! All lightning and false triggering has cost me $374 in tickets. I am returning this device and requesting a new one or my money back. Stay tuned

Customer service is very bad. Connectivity problems with device and bluetooth

Three months old and doesnt work any more. And customer support doesn't respond to email and no one answers the phone before you are disconnected. Although the detector was nice while it worked...it was way too expensive to only last three months.

Bought this brand new and the only thing that worked were the back-lit buttons on top. Screen would never come on or alert me of radar. For being so expensive you would think that they would at least test them before shipping them to retail!!

Was not happy with the sensitivity. Not enough heads up. I returned it.
