Posted .We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with Redline 360c. There are several methods to reduce false alerts. One is to use an Auto SEN mode, Auto Lo K for instance helps. Another is to enable K Notch in the preferences menu. Also be aware that it learns and stores false alerts that it regularly encounters. It takes about 3 passes by these before it is stored and then ignored.

Redline 360c

It worked fine for 2 weeks and then started going off all the time. Still waiting for the replacement. Also discovered you have to wait up to 4 weeks if it has to go in for warranty in the 1st year.

Turn around times for repairs are roughly 1-3 weeks from the date we receive it in, but rest assured, the detector would be returned just as soon as we are able. Thanks!

Posted .For fastest response time, make sure it is in Highway SEN mode and TSR detection is disabled. Enable Multaradar CD and CT for expanded photo radar detection. Note that fixed location photo radar should alert through the integrated Defender database, not radar or laser detection.

Not Worth It!

The range is minimal compared to my V1GEN2, Uniden 4 and Cobra Elite. I will be returning this product without a doubt and by a V1GEN2 for my wife.
