Works well. I had the Romba for years, but this has been a very modern, user-friendly vacuum.

This vacuum is a great deal for the price! It vacuums up everything, including dog hair. It is a bit noisy. It is easy to set up and use. The app is user friendly. You can set up a schedule and forget about it and your house will still get vacuumed!

This is a great device. The app is very clean (no pun intended). I do wish that it would come with a place to put the accessories but currently you can request it for free inside the app which is really nice of Eufy! I also wished the small attachments had the same plug mechanism as the large vaccum attachment. So far it is working out great!

Works great but the robot needs better suction. The stick vacuum suction is excellent. Also you can't use the stick vacuum and the robot at the same time which is also a letdown. Other than those 2 issues it's a solid vacuum

The eufy E20 3-in-1 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum with Auto Emptying is so much more than I ever imagined a vacuum could be, and it is packed with features. This one vacuum provides 3 different functions with a robot floor vacuum, a stick vacuum and a handheld vacuum. Each functions incredibly well and each is ready in a moment for whatever vacuuming is needed. Innovative is the word that first came to mind for me - and I keep going back to that same thought. This vacuum didn't really come with any setup instructions except for the diagrams on the box (though it did come with a multi-language safety booklet). Still, setup was intuitive and quick. I plugged the base station into the wall outlet and it told me it was connected and charging. During the charging, I took the time to download the "eufy Clean" app and connect the vacuum to my WiFi. Then I was able to familiarize myself with the features of this new vacuum system. There is the main "motor" unit which is the "brain" for each of the 3 vacuum types. It is what gets charged when in the robot is connected to the base station, and it is the handheld portion of the stick vacuum and the handheld vacuum. Easily detachable from the robot with the press of a button, then simply insert the crevice tool or dusting brush into this "brain" and you're ready to vacuum your car or the seat cushions or something of that sort. Take the "brain" and insert the expandable wand and floor brush cleaner head and you have your stick vacuum. The wand extends a good amount to allow for a quick floor vacuum or stair vacuuming without a strain on my back. Eufy claims that this takes 2.5 hours to fully charge and that should provide about 180 minutes of charge. I have been running the robot on the standard mode and it takes a bit over 2 hours to completely vacuum my 1700 sq single level home. It has run out of charge a couple of times while vacuuming and at that point, it returns to the base to recharge itself and when fully charged, will complete the vacuuming task. There is a wonderful Do Not Disturb feature where during a specifically scheduled time, it will not resume a project or do a deep dirt cup empty so as not to interrupt, but will resume after that time. Brilliant! I would freak if I heard that in my sleep! Worth mentioning, its navigational ability is amazing. Other robotic vacuums I have seen would smash into an object to learn of its presence - this eufy robot doesn't do that. Its use of laser sensors makes it extremely aware of objects on the floor, walls, chair legs, etc. Heading directly toward my lounging cat on the floor, it vacuumed right around the cat! This vacuum is self-emptying so I don't have to touch whatever it was that it vacuumed - yay! When it goes back to the base after vacuuming, it empties through the base station and into the filter. The most important part: How well does it vacuum? The robot is doing quite an efficient job at cleaning the carpets and bare floors with a good level of suction. Watching it perform, it appears to do the perimeter of a room then go back and finish up the inside. The stick and handheld vacuums have even more suction and do a great job! With Multiple vacuuming options and plenty of suction power, the eufy Robot Vacuum 3-in-1 E20 is an exceptional vacuum and worthwhile tool for my clean home. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone looking for an innovative home vacuum solution.

Unfortunately,this product did not meet my expectations. The design is inconvenient, as docking and charging are on one side while trash emptying is on the other, which makes daily use awkward and time-consuming. The unit is also more difficult to operate than expected. In terms of performance,the suction power does not live up to what is advertised. It feels noticeably weaker than what the specifications suggest. Additionally, the base station feels cheaply made and lacks the durability I would expect at this price point. Overall, the concept is good, but the execution needs improvement: especially in usability, build quality, and cleaning power.

It's only been a few weeks, but my daughter really likes this vacuum. She truly enjoys the extra removable stick vac. It works wonders in getting the areas the vacuum doesn't get to. She was very happy when seeing this.

This is my first robot vacuum and I own 2 dogs and a cat. My hardwood floors have never been so clean! I love how I can program a full clean more than once per day and it is very thorough.

Replacing a Roborock Q7 that got damaged..this costs less and works much better, at carpets and not getting stuck. Also has more customizable features

Interesting concept that works quite well. Plenty of power in robot form and can get the stairs with the handheld form. Really liking it. Cant beat the price either.

A great fit for people who want a simple vacuum with a robot vacuum with it. It’s a very good price for both, and I can see how this can be helpful if you happened to need a new vacuum!
