As I use the eufy E20, I am amazed by the level of innovation. It’s reminiscent of the all-in-one desktop computer. The idea that you can reimagine and challenge the norm, while demonstrating there’s a better way. The robot vacuum space has seen a continual boom in products and it’s been forever since I had one, personally. Back then, I felt like the power/suction wasn’t there. There were too many parts - i.e. physical, battery-powered towers that acted as the perimeter barriers. And dust bins that were so small, you had to clean them after every 2-3 cleanings. How far we’ve come! This vacuum is really THREE practical tools in one: a robot vacuum, perfectly capable of cleaning up most everyday messes. A telescopic stick vacuum with almost 4x the suction for deep cleaning and thicker carpets. And a handheld vacuum (with crevice and brush attachments) for tight spaces (great for cleaning furniture or your car without having to fight an attached hose). The robot vacuum would easily run on a single charge to clean my apartment (right under 1,000 sq ft), but worry not — if it needs to be recharged it charges very quickly, achieving an almost full charge in just around 2 hours. Performance-wise, I found the robot vacuum to be great on hardwood, but just good on carpet. Worry not, a quick follow up vacuum with the stick vac and you’ve got flawless carpets too. The side brush is actually better than my previous robot vacuum as well. It seems longer and whereas my previous model would basically push dirt into corners to the point where it would just collect because the side brush couldn’t really reach - the eufy’s side arm is perfectly placed and is the perfect length to ensure this doesn’t happen. The innovations don’t stop with the 3-in-1 design either: while you can open the dust bin and empty it manually (which may be okay if you’re outdoors, cleaning your car - for example), it may not make as much sense indoors where you’re likely reintroducing dust and dirt back into your recently cleaned environment. With that in mind, you can just dock the vacuum back onto the robot body and send it back to the dock and the auto empty feature sucks all the dirt and dust right out of it. GENUIS! The eufy app is also a star of the show. Great layout. Easy to see the map created by the Robot vac and now you’re able to create virtual no-go zones or “zones” (e.g. if there’s areas you think need more attention) and you can schedule cleanings that focus on whole-home, rooms, or zones. You can also adjust the number of passes (1x, 2x). Suction (quiet, standard, turbo and max). And if you have thicker carpets, enable BoostIQ to detect long-pile carpets and automatically boost suction. You can also review the cleaning history if you want to confirm when and what was cleaned. I really see something like this being perfect for your apartment dweller where space comes at a premium and you may not want an unsightly huge tower-based stick vac system, which is ironically what I currently have. This is much more discrete and its easy to hide the pieces not being used without taking up a ton of space. The only reason I can’t completely get rid of my existing stick vac is it also doubles as a mop with dual-pulsating mop heads. I do wish (and maybe it’s in the cards for the future) that there was a 4-in-1 with that fourth feature being a mop. It would also be nice to see them boost the suction to meet or exceed that of some of the higher-end robot vacuums currently on the market now. All-in-all this is a GREAT vacuum. Outside of apartment dwellers, I could also see this being a great gift for that college student (or soon to be) in your life. One less thing to worry about as long as you can keep your floors free of clutter (this does have obstacle avoidance and its works well, but if your floor is mostly obstacles, you’re not exactly setting it up for success).

Eufy E20 3-in-1 Wi-Fi connected Robot Vacuum is really good at what it does. I am very impressed with the effectiveness of the cleaning and how quiet it runs. Overview - Packaging. Well packaged and very compressed inside the box. The box is smaller than I would have thought to hold all the components. Feel of the components feel a bit cheap to some extent, but yet durable. I have used the robot vacuum itself and it has done a really good job. We mostly have hardwood floors and it meets the requirements we have for cleaning the floor. Stick vacuum is a bit more of a flemsy feel but works very well. To be able to use the vacuum as a small handheld is priceless to clean out the car and the trunk works flawlessly. App is well designed and easy to install and pair with the vacuum. Once installed and running the app takes very little time to configure and set a cleaning schedule. The app did a firmware update in a very short amount of time and the vacuum recharged very quickly. The robot so far hasn't had any issues cleaning and returning to the base station where it empties itself. I didn't think I was going to be as impressed with this device and yet, I was very impressed. I have had higher end robot vacuums which are louder and loses themselves around the house for various reasons. Again so far no issues. Highly recommend this vacuum to those who are wondering if it can meet their needs. Our house is 1900 sq ft and it has no issues, going over rugs without making a mess of them or getting stuck anywhere.

I’ve actually looked for something like the eufy E20 before. I think most people would agree that although robot vacuums are great, there’s yet to be one that does everything that an upright vacuum can do. Realistically you need both. The robot keeps up with the everyday stuff but the upright has more power and maneuverability. I’ve had a eufy robot vacuum before as well as other eufy products. Overall they make good products and this robot vacuum was an improvement on the one I had previously. It does a good job picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair. I also haven’t had too many issues with it getting stuck. The one exception to that is I have a mat in my kitchen and the vacuum likes to try to force itself over that and ends up getting stuck between the mat and the toe kick of my cabinets. It does move around furniture smoothly without getting stuck though. Also, do not, I repeat, do NOT buy a robot vacuum that doesn’t have an auto-emptying bin. It’s not worth it otherwise, especially if you have pets and lots of fur to worry about. If this vacuum didn’t have it, I’d be emptying it every day if not even more. Where this vacuum differs from any others I’ve seen is that it also includes an upright vacuum. To me, this makes a lot of sense because you need the extra power of an upright. I also have stairs in my house so that’s a must. What I’m not a huge fan of is the battery life. On most settings it isn’t bad but if you go to Max, you better get the job done fast or you’ll have to split it up between charges. I do think sharing a motor between the vacuums is a little funky. Feel like maybe that was for cost savings? Overall, it’s a good vacuum (set) and does what you expect. Setup was fairly straightforward and the “smart” features like mapping work well. I think there’s room for improvement but overall, very happy and would recommend.

This vacuum cleaning system by Eufy is pretty darn cool in that you get the convenance of a robot vacuum along with the utility of a wireless stick cleaner. Starting with the robot. It's great that you can use the app to have it do general room cleaning when you are not home at work. It helps to keep the buildup of dirt and dust to a minimum while not taking up your time then parks itself back on the base station so it's charged for next time. Bqsically you can set and forget it's there doing it's thing. I have it set to run daily during the week while I'm at work and so far it gets the job done. My home is cleaner without me having to take the time for vacuuming nightly. Perfect no, but for I need and use it for it's great. Next, the stick. This thing has for what it's size, pretty good suction. I use it on the weekends to do a more weekly deep clean of my home. Great as it is the robot doews misss some areas and has nowhere near the suction power of the stick. The included crevice tool with the stick means I can get into those hard to reach spaces to do a proper cleaning. Overall this system has proven itself to be the handy appliance for me. Battery life has been amazing and thr reswults speak for themselves. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

I have had previous experience with eufy products in the past and have always been impressed. This product did not dissapoint. I knew eufy made wireless cameras and security systems, but I had no idea they also made vacuums. Appaerently, they have been in the vacuum business for years. Who knew? In any case, when I had the opportunity to test this, I jumped on it. Set up was pretty simple. Basically as expected for a typical robot vaccuum. From box to bot was maybe 20 minutes or so. As far as effacacy, our main floor is almost 2800 square feet, and it's a combination of hardwood with throw rugs and the other half is carpet. I've had other robo vacs that had gotten "confused" with the layout and combination, but not this little guy. After a few runs, it learned the lay of the land and never looked back. The other neat feature is the 3-in-1 aspect. It's super convenoent to have the hand-held vac at your beck and call, and it works great. End of the day, if you have a need, this is an excellent choice. I have and would reccomend to a friend.

Okay so I have never had a vacuum that does the work of three, in one. At first, I thought this was a bit much. It came in a huge box, and at first it looked like so much and felt like it would take up so much space, but it takes up just about as much as an old school upright vacuum would. I would make room in your kitchen or garage for a "vacuum center". When I opened the box, I noticed the robot vacuum, a self-cleaning/emptying base, the different attachments for the stick vacuum and the hand vacuum. It was pretty easy to figure out, and as is customary with all these new gadgets these days, it has an app that it connects to. Even though its newer, it still needs some trial and error to really learn the mapping layouts of my space. In the app I am able to designate a "no-go" zone, and I did, but it took the robot vac a few different runs before logging it. Another thing about the self-emptying option, if you don't set the vacuum to return to the dock regularly, because the dustbin is small, it will get full pretty fast. Especially if you have pets like me. I personally prefer the hand vacuum for my needs, and the other options for more light cleaning. Would I toss out my standard vac? Probably not yet. However, this option is a solid support, a great robot for general maintenance, and two other options for handheld cleaning. My main complaint would be, as always with vacuums, the charging time. It takes a good couple hours to get a full charge, and it seems to be near dead after just an hour of use. Thankfully it doesnt take much longer than that to clean my place. Overall though, for light and general cleaning, this is an excellent option. If you have a larger home, kids, pets, lots of carpet, etc. I would keep my regular vacuum on hand.

I have had a number of robot vacuums over the years and they all have worked pretty much the same with little differentiation, maybe different types of reservoirs for the dirt different types of auto emptying, etc. but none have been as innovative as the eufy E20. First and foremost, it’s a robot vacuum with an auto emptying station to automatically collect the dust from the vacuum that can store up to 75 days of hands-free cleaning according to eufy. Secondly, it’s a handheld vacuum to take care of any unexpected spills dirt and crevices, etc. And thirdly, it’s a stick vacuum. Just take the handheld place it on the stick and transform it into a stick vacuum to clean stairs, other dirty spots, etc.. So how is it in every day use? I have noticed that its obstacle avoidance is top-notch and it easily navigates through my house when using the robot mode. Suction is pretty strong at 30,000 Pa which put it in the “premium level” of vacuum power. Charging is done in about 2.5 hrs and the five stage filtration system traps 99.97% of dust to ensure a clean home. The stick vacuum feature is very convenient to use when needed. Me being the gadget freak of the house I am always looking for new ways to do things with the latest and greatest technology but the most important thing with some gadgets is “WAF” (also known as wife acceptance factor) and I am here to tell you that in addition to me using it, my wife has been using the E20 and is very happy with the results and how it works. I would definitely recommend the eufy E20 to anyone looking for an innovative home cleaning solution.

The eufy E20 3-in-1 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum with Auto Emptying, Powerful Max 30,000 pa and Precise Obstacle Avoidance - Black is my 4th robot vacuum I have tried out in my house. In all honesty, I have never been completely satisfied with any of them... They don't get the edges or corners, they get stuck, they miss things completely. The dust bin gets full and they just quit in the middle of the job. The Eufy is similar but different. It actually mapped out my rooms smartly, by going along the edge and measuring out all my furniture, and then it went in a smart back and forth pattern and did a really good job of vacuuming up most of the dirt in my house. It didn't get stuck anywhere, I didn't have to rescue it, and it got close to the corners and edges of the room really well also. The auto emptying feature is really nice as I don't need to worry about the vacuum quitting mid job because it got full. It did however suffer from the same issue my other 3 robot vacuums do, and that is it won't go over the room connector strips where the floor in my house changes from hardwood, to tile, or to workout foam... so it won't vacuum my Kitchen, Bathroom, or work out room... the same as my other 3 vacuums. I do like that it converts into a stick vacuum so I can quickly vacuum those other 3 rooms myself instead of needing 2 different vacuums. And the eufy E20 is smaller than my other 3 vacuums, and the home base doesn't seem to care if it's in the corner next to other furniture, the vacuum still had no issues docking. Overall it's not perfect, but it's way better than those that came before it.

The Eufy Robot Vacuum 3-in-1 E20 is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and it is a good experience. Follow the setup instructions and charge the vacuum. The vacuum has a base station that needs a five-foot clearance in front and two feet on the sides. When the vacuum is activated, it comes out of the base station, orients itself to the room, and then proceeds to navigate around it using its LIDAR sensors to clean the floor. It goes under furniture and around obstacles in the room. Once it completes its mission, it returns to the base station and empties the dirt it has collected into the bag. It is fascinating to watch it back into the base station and have the base station suck the dirt out. Once it has cleaned out of the dirt, it will be positioned in the charging/docked position. In addition to the robot, the motor can be removed and attached to an upright stick vacuum configuration, complete with attachments, so you can clean surfaces and areas the robot cannot reach. The vacuum brush is small but does a good job. As with other vacuums, I have to check it periodically and remove hair and fibers that have wrapped around the brush, but it is easy to remove the brush and clean it. The vacuum talks to you along the way so that you know what it is doing and if it needs anything from you. The eufy application allows you to view the user manual and connect the vacuum to Wi-Fi to control it from your cell phone or home assistant, like Google or Alexa. The app also allows you to schedule cleaning and manage the configuration for the various rooms in your house.

I’ve had what I would call mixed fortune with robotic vacuums in the past, particularly in my second floor space - there’s a lot of obstacles and smaller areas they can get stuck in (and frequently do). And this is with long established industry leaders. So at first I was a bit hesitant to try this new Eufy model (Eufy is an Anker brand - and I love Anker’s core chargers and other products), but I did ALSO need a new stick vacuum so I figured I’d take a chance on it. And I’m GLAD that I did - it works amazingly, far exceeding my expectations and the performance of those OTHER robot vacuums. It’s not QUITE perfect, but it works well for me and it should for you too! Setup was very easy - there is no instruction manual in the box so you have to use the QR code and load the manual (and app) on your phone or tablet. Once you do that though, assembly and setup was quick and easy - no tools are required and it’s all pretty self explanatory. Connecting to wifi was straightforward (it only supports 2.4Ghz, so plan accordingly there) and I did let the robot charge for a while before trying to use it (I set it up in the morning and used it for the first time in the evening). The first time you use the vacuum in a new space, you’ll do a quick mapping run that takes a few minutes and then you can select what cleaning zones you want to do (it creates a fairly accurate visual on your phone). I selected a normal cleaning cycle and sent it off (note, the area I had it in has LOTS of random obstacles including cords, furniture and a desk / office chair). It did a GREAT job of navigating around without getting stuck and was able to get into areas that I didn’t think it would fit in (even under the desk to some extent) - it shows you where it has cleaned and the exact path it took on the app - it navigates around the edges of the room then “fills in” the middle by going back and forth. And it really did a nice job cleaning as well. After the cycle was complete (I didn’t measure the time, as I was getting dinner / etc.), I then popped out the small stick and handheld vac, using it in both forms to get UNDER furniture (where the full robot can’t fit) and in corners/crevices/etc. The handheld is light and easy to use, with multiple power settings and a combination brush/crevice attachment and powered floor brush. I then popped the hand vac portion back into the base to charge and the vacuum asked if I wanted to empty the dust bin (it does this automatically in robot mode). I pressed the button to trigger that and it auto-emptied (it has to leave the base and turn around to do so) and reset itself nicely. Really, this is a pretty perfect combination of great robotic vacuum and a solid stick / handheld vac. There are a few nits I could pick - I do wish there was a way to charge the hand/stick vac part without putting it back into the base as I could see myself using the stick vac more if this were so, and I also wish they included a couple extra dust bags instead of just one…and maybe that you could store the attachments on or in the base somehow (now I have them in a nearby closet). But these are small nits and don’t really detract from what is a great product. Give it a try today!
