Was able to access the camera from my cell phone and have back up video stored in the cloud. Also comes with SD card recording capability. Will be looking to purchase two additional security camera doorbells in the future. Works well for the purpose it was intended.

I have turned off sound and motion tracking yet it continues to move on its own and gets stuck either facing away from the door or facing the wall. I’ve also turned off privacy mode so the issue is not in the settings. Furthermore, the controllers are most times completely useless. The last time I tried to position it at the correct angle, I had to click right for the camera to go left. It’s been incredibly frustrating especially when I’m not home to fix the position manually. I would return it if it weren’t such a hassle.
