    Very clear and sound quality is better than Wyze v3. Fireware is up to date, but doesnt have pet detection. Always identify my two medium size dogs and persons. Limited tilt up and down

    Works great at my house. However, it could not connect to the wifi at the hotel because it wasn't get close to the router. This was the whole reason I bought this camera.

      In this case, could you please enable HotSpot on your phone and make the camera connect to your hotspot to see if it works? Steps:side menu>my devices>wifi connection>change wifi

      If your camera can connect with the Hotspot, the issue should be related to your wifi. To locate the issue, may I know whether other devices connected to the wifi can work normally? If yes, please try the following steps to see if the issue will be resolved quickly.

      -Make sure your wifi is 2.4 Hz wifi
      -Confirm if your wifi is encrypted by WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK
      -Stand nearby the camera and see if your phone is able to connect to the wifi properly
      -If possible, move the router closer to the camera and let us know the distance between the camera and router
      -Some houses have two network devices. For example, one is the ISP-provided Internet gateway/modem and the other is a router purchased separately. During setup, make sure your smartphone and camera are connected to the same wireless router, and the Wi-Fi is not isolated from the LAN.
      -Your phone should not be connected to the Guest Wi-Fi network. The LAN port is not dedicated for a set>top->box.
      -Turn off the firewall to see whether the camera can connect to WiFi. If so, please check your firewall setting to see if there are any special restrictions for the device. You can check the firewall setting on your router's official website.Please make sure these ports are allowed:
      TCP:80, 443
      UDP:0-65535

    False advertisment. No local storage.

    The only reason I bought this camera was because the description says, “local storage included”. This is 100% a lie and there is no local storage. You have to purchase your own micro sd card for the local storage. No where on the page says “micro sd card required”.

    My camera got hacked into and was moving by itself, I was not sure at first until I stated screen recording and it became very overwhelming.
