I must say I didn’t know who eufy was until I started doing research on cameras. I looked at reviews and decided to purchase them. I put these up inside my apartment and instantly noticed they were worth it. set up from downloading the app to connecting the cameras were super easy. The clarity of the night vision is amazing. The notification setting is on point and accurate. I would recommend

Cameras seem decent quality and I like that you do not have to utilize a server and can store the video locally if desired. The size masonry drill bit needed is sort of odd, and it would've been nice if a more standard size was utilized.

After extensive research i decided to go with eufy and i don't regret it. Set up was painless. Connected the base, opened up the app and put the camera close to it the app quickly discovered it and synced it. After that installing them was a breeze and it even has a guide for mounting. No issues so far and i even purchased an extra camera.

PROS: Great picture clarity and night vision is great too. CONS: One camera died after only seven months, no longer charges. We bought the eufyCam 2 Pro 2-Camera system and it's been just ok. We end up having to charge both camera's every couple of months probably because we have it set to the max sensitivity - one is pointed at our driveway and one is at our backdoor/yard. The claim of one charge a year has not been played out for us. Unfortunately, the backyard camera will no longer charge after only seven months. It was installed under an overhang so it was protected from the elements. Don't know that we'll replace the dead camera and will consider other security options.

Not a bad set of home security. The cameras are great quality, my issue is more with the connectivity. Working through Alexa can have quite a bit of lag between asking to see the cameras and actually seeing them. Also the charge time could be a lot better.

So easy to install. Of course I didn't do it. I had my son who does all things electronic do it. Works well, however, because of the size of the property, I will ask my son to install a very more cameras.

Resolution Night/Day is close to immaculate! 2way is ok. Live in an apartment so the other camera echoes. Would prefer constant recording and notifications per close range but the system is more than efficient! Haven’t had any “slashed tires” since installation. Hope security is taking care of nosey landlord and satelite perpetrators, other than that my rating would definitely be a 5⭐️

Easy to use and the connectivity distance from the Home Station is pretty good. Brought it for my parents and they are super happy with the security cameras and how user-friendly it is.

Works great, gives notifications in real time followed by video. Video looks really clear and sound is decent. There is a time delay to talk to who you see in the video but that's fine. No subscription makes this really great, also the option to put in a schedule and setup alarms. The mounts are well designed for the cameras too.

great battery life and high resolution picture. Great value for the price

I purchased this two-camera kit as well as two additional add-on cameras of the same model. Nearly every single camera has been defective and returned for different reasons, and one of the replacements turned out to be defective as well. The problems with the cameras were: one would not charge past 93%, even after being on the charger for and entire day. Another kept trying to install a firmware update for three days, but kept failing. Another had faulty weather sealing and filled up with water after a moderate rain. The replacement for that one had the same problem, water got inside and caused the lens to fog up inside. The problem with both appears to be that the rubber square piece that covers the entire back of the camera is lifted slightly at the bottom edge. It's past the return period at BB, and eufy says it will take a month for them to send me a replacement, because it's a new product and they don't have any in stock. Another problem I've discovered is that although the base is advertised to support up to 16 cameras, it actually only works with 4. You can technically pair up to 16 cameras, but if you pair any more than 4 or 5 it gets unreliable, so some people have purchased another kit to get an extra base station. Otherwise, it frequently loses connection to cameras, fails to record events, etc.. The video quality is superb and when they work they're great, but the hardware QA problems have been disappointing. Read the eufy security community for all the problems before buying. This is not the first review I've submitted on this camera here, but they were never posted. I guess BB doesn't want honest reviews if they're negative. I'll try giving two stars instead of one this time.

Super easy to install and the app is really user-friendly too, I use this in my business so the battery won't last a year but they are easy and quick to charge too. Can´t complain
