After 30days, 1 camera has less than 50% battery and it is the one that has the least activity (usage). I also don't like how most all the clips show the tail end of what was going on. Example, i have one facing the street, people walk left to right in from on my house. The clip doesn't show the person until they are 60-70% thru the frame so I see 2 seconds of the person and 4 seconds of nothing. The audio is near worthless unless you are next to the camera, but then it has so much distortion it's pointless. If you use simple for observation day or night it's pretty good, but don't rely on the video alerts you receive.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please choose the "most efficiency" mode of notification. Step: Devices- Notification- Content Extension of notification when motion detects
- Be sure your phone is not in power saving mode.
- What happens when your phone is connecting to different wifi?
- Try to log in the eufy security app on a different phone to see if the same issue happens.
-"Please know that for eufyCam 2/2 Pro, a fully charged camera can last for one year, and for eufyCam 2C/2C Pro, it can last for half-year, with these usage scenarios:
- 68°F (20°C) temperature
- 10 motion detections per day and recorded for 30 seconds each time motion was detected. (Standby power consumption is included in the usage time.)
Battery life varies and depends on the number of times motion is detected, recording time duration, and environmental temperatures.
For the issue "discharge quickly", could you please try the following tips to see whether they can help?
-Please make sure that the network your device is connected to is in good condition. Weak network signal will cause Homebase to frequently send heartbeat packets to confirm the camera status, which will cause the camera to discharge quickly.
-Keep the Optimal Battery Life Mode in Camera Settings > Camera Working Mode. In this mode, the power consumption of the battery will be reduced, but it may also cause some motions will not be able to be detected.
-Select "Human Only" instead of "All Motions". Or decrease the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level（type）
-Set up Activity Zone to filter the false positives.
