Love this camera setup. Great built quality, crisp and clear recordings. I'm on the same charge for about 2 months now in a heavy traffic area and still have 78 percent battery left. Motion detection and the phone app also work flawlessly.

Good system overall. Video is delayed by about 5-10 seconds. May be internet speed. Not sure but overall great security system with super easy installation.

Eufy's Security system is more than suffice. I was looking for an option that did not have monthly subscription. The camera's 2k resolution catches plates at a distance. If you are hesistant on this brand, dont be! I highly recommend their products

Big fan of Eufy. Their products are solid and work as expected. I like not having a subscription - all the stored video is local too, not uploaded to the cloud and held hostage by some subscription service. Two thumbs up!

I went with this option because it doesn't lock features behind a subscription plan and supports local storage so that a cloud isn't needed. You can still see live feed. It has some built in storage with the hub, but supports rtsp to record to a NAS.

These cameras have surperb battery life, great night vision and resolution. Also has an excellent range.

Extremely pleased so far. After researching many security camera's, the EufyCam 2 Pro, 2k has lived up to my expectations. Actually looking to add additional cameras now that we've owned for the past month. The few complaints of delayed responses have not occurred for us.

I Bought the Eufy cam 2 pro 2k security camera system at Best Buy, have had excellent results out of the system definitely goes off when there’s any motion or movement. you can take and put borders in it to zoom in on particular place if you’d like. As for myself I love the system.

I did a lot of research into what kind of security system I was going to buy. This one kept coming up for apple products and so far has worked amazingly with my apple products and I love how customizable the options on my phone and tablet are.

Better than my previous order. I'm thankful for the awesome tech to make me aware of the difference. Sales didn't provide any knowledge that would have helped me . I changed out as tech was installing.

This is a great camera system. The components work, for me so far, flawlessly. I like the option of being able to turn off and turn on the cameras, as needed. The 2K resolution is excellent. It also has a wide field of virw which is also an A+. Thanks very much

Generally satisfied with functionality and features except for HomeKit integration and HomeKit secure video. When HomeKit is enabled battery life, while expected to be reduced, is significantly less then expected. In my experience I’ll be fortunate to get 2 to 3 months from a full charge. Even though I set to optimal battery life in eufy app it keeps changing to optimal surveillance. This is directly caused by HomeKit being enable. With HomeKit off optimal battery life is retained. I contacted eufy regarding substantially lower battery life performance. A ticket was created. Now eufy tech support has me jumping through all these hoops. They have asked me to leave HomeKit integration disabled for two weeks for for testing battery performance. While not as significant battery life of one of my two cameras continues to be worse than expected. They both have very similar motion and recording statistics. Eufy has asked me to swap camera positions assuming to determine if battery life is being negatively impacted by location. I’m complying with their requests but I am increasingly anticipating being informed your camera batteries are performing as expected. It is frustrating in that technical support is my email only. Phone support is strictly for triage and ticket generation. While eufy clearly states that HomeKit will reduce battery life I did not anticipate having to charge batteries every 2 to 3 months. Given that it takes 6 hours or more to charge one camera and the base has only one USB port for charging a camera I am regretting my purchase. Since these cameras do not have removable batteries a camera is useless while it is being charged. I have attempted to charge by connecting supplied to numerous USB power adapters from different manufacturers and wattages. None charge the battery as quickly as they do when connected to their home base. Eufy needs to redesign this product to have replaceable batteries that can be swapped out with a charged battery or solar charging or both.

Giod overall buy. Love there's no monthly subscription. Only issue is occasional slow feed for pive camera but i think it's more about my underperforming internet than the product

Had the system for a little over a month now. Works as expected. Only minor complain is that the videos stutters a little (even when downloaded). Got the solar panels to charge the cameras.

Hands down the best value system on the market with 0 subscription fees. what else can be said? the biggest flaw is the audio quality. really not great but for the price I quickly got over that. can read license plates from across the street.

The motion detection is hit and miss. I have two setup on opposite ends of the front of the home and they both don't pick up the motion.

The system works if you don't want to see the recordings very well, without a long procedure. They only support viewing recorded clips on cell phones. Great if you are happy with a 5 inch image. To see it on a real computer screen, you have to download the clip to a phone, transfer it to a desktop, and then view it there. At the same time. I'm installing a Lorex system at a different location. It's substantially more challenging to set up. This is eased by excellent phone support. BUT afterwards, I can view and record clips on both phone and desktop without further hassle. I guess if I actually have a real event, the Eufy system will allow me to save and move the clips onto a real screen and gain full useage.
