I just purchased this on Sept. 29, 2022. Today is Oct. 9th. A mere TEN days and this product is FAILING MISERABLY!! It was fine for the first 6 days, and now it won't capture motion longer than 6-9 seconds long, while there's STILL MOTION within its view!! Are you telling me that this is only good for a week, only to have it fail after a one-week period?!?! So, I changed the sensitivity, and it STILL doesn't work properly the way it did during the first week I had it! So, if you're looking to protect your property for about a week, this garbage is for you! After that, you're on your own! Might as well get a guard dog. At least that's guaranteed to bark at every passerby. Luckily, I got the 4-year plan. I'm returning this "Security" cam for an upgrade to something BETTER!!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please expand or delete your activity zone if set up. Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone.
- Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level（type）
- Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.

Should be 5 stars but not the right cameras for me

They were great but just not for me.

They were working fine at first, but not matter what I do, i cannot get all the notifications to work properly. Sometimes the cameras don't catch any movement. I'll restart or charge then it works for a day or two then it stops. I've adjusted the zone areas and same thing. When the cameras do work, they'll catch every movement, if the trees are moving because of the wind, then it drains the battery. Not sure I would buy this again.
