The Eufy system doesn’t stand text / alerts as “priority” messages so they’re not delivered to my phone during Do Not Disturb mode. Ring systems do send this type of alerts. So, goodbye Eufy.

After first year camera battery doesn't last more than 30 days! Cameras don't detect motion very well anymore either! One of them you can walk right up to it and wave, and it still wont alert you!! Warranty is expired, so im stuck now. Very disappointed!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please expand or delete your activity zone if set up. Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone.
- Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level（type）
- Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.
