After first year camera battery doesn't last more than 30 days! Cameras don't detect motion very well anymore either! One of them you can walk right up to it and wave, and it still wont alert you!! Warranty is expired, so im stuck now. Very disappointed!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Please expand or delete your activity zone if set up. Steps:Devices>motion detection>activity zone.
- Please increase the sensitivity. Steps: Devices>motion detection>sensitivity level（type）
- Please know that the camera should be installed 7-10 feet above the ground and the depression angle should not be greater than 25°.

The reviews seemed so positive and we loved the features and ability to integrate with HomeKit. Unfortunately, we've had so many issues with the system, we'll ultimately have to return it. We previously had Nest and while we had very few issues we just liked the ability to move to a wireless system and one that had some additional functionality. The quality is good during the day but very poor at night. The biggest issue that prevented us from keeping the system was the reliability of it. Every other day it would stop recording and sending notifications. We'd have to reset the entire system each time to temporarily resolve. This is a huge problem since we wouldn't know when or why it would stop. Support was fine but it's all based in China so the responses would come in overnight, we'd reply, and then get another response overnight. Took awhile to really make any progress. The result was they'd push a new firmware to our camera and we should continue to test but given the amount of issues we had and the return window closing, we didn't want to keep testing new firmware and potentially have cameras with poor reliability. Hard pass.
