Every time I have to turn off the camera then turn it back on. Motion detection works for couple times then again stops. Not even 5 feet from the camera. Followed all the instructions they said, tried to change all the setings but still no luck. I am gonna return it to best buy.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Delete the camera and re-add it again.
2. Set the “Motion defection”to be “All motions” and adjust the “Detection sensitivity” to the highest.
3. A picture to show your activity zone if it is set up. Steps:side menu>my devices>motion detection>activity zone.
4. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the camera.
5. The exact time point when the camera missed to capture the movement. Such as January-15 9:05.
6. Please download any video from the app and send it to us.

It's also a shame that when using HomeKit the cameras are restricted to 1080p only, which also makes the Eufy app also limited to 1080p so it rendered the 2k features pointless.

Was advertised as upto 1 year, but last 4 months. Settings have been adjusted for longer battery life, but that didnt help
