Absolutely love this lock! Works great with the app but after 2 years of using the touch pad and thumbprint to unlock has stopped working.

Easy to program and use. No more having to keep track of the kids keys and making sure they have them to get in the house after school.

This is easy to install and easy to set up. I love the ease with which I can enter through the door with out having to get a key. And if someone needs in and I an not there I can just let them in through my app. I am thinking about getting another one.

The installation process was pretty straight forward and easy. It installs well just watch out for where the actual lock goes into the frame. It can be fickle. I had to take a chisel to the inside of the slot before it would fully lock. The locking mechanism itself doesn't appear to be all that strong. Good features though overall.

I have purchased a few battery operated locks over the years and all but this one has caused me or a member of my family to get locked out. The Eufy products do not disappoint and the best thing is its a one time cost. No monthly fees needed with Eufy!

Almost 2 years later and I LOVE this lock! So easy and 0 issues! I can let people in when I am not home. I can add users from anywhere. If you think you want one BUY it!

This thing was so easy to put together it took me about 30 min and that’s cause I’m a bit ocd when it comes to straight lines and it being level the set up is great as well pretty straight forward and they have videos that are easily accessible if you do get stuck on something

Excellent quality and reliability. I have been using it more than a year, and had no issues. Finger prints, mobile app and on person interaction is excellent.

Solid product. Easy to install and setup. Works well with fingerprints or codes. Easy to set a temporary passcode for quests or services.

I can Get out without having to remember my keys. How amazing is that? I can Simply walk out and in simply with a code, fingerprint or my phone to open or close the door. I’m so enjoying this new technology in my life

We love the lock. So many ways to open the door. It's so nice to not have to use a key to op the door. Plus, it looks great.

Installation is easy listed step by step. Be sure u charge the battery while u install the lock. Fingerprint scanner is just like the IPhone set up when they had the Touch ID unlock if not even smother. Has option for auto lock and app most importantly is easy to use.

Got Best Buy to come and install it and it took less than 15 min. Looks really good. Super easy to use, especially when you have kids and old people at home.

This has worked as it was supposed too. It was relatively easy to set up and works well with the eufy app that I use for my cameras. A lot of options between a key, fingerprint or passcode, they all work great. Comes with 5 spare keys.

Im trying this brand for the first time, I decided for them because of the rechargeable battery option, I spend way to much money on batteries with my previous one

Just installed it so time will tell. If you read and follow the instructions it will go smoothly. Installation and setup were quick and easy. Functionality is terrific compared to my previous “not smart” lock.

I love it! It's got this really nice app synced with my Eufy doorbell camera and I love that cause I can unlock and lock it from there. It also alerts me if the lock is unlocked or locked, manually or auto, and it tells me by who. Fingerprint is a nice touch!

Works great remotely, I can check if I locked my door or forget from anywhere I have internet access as long as the lock has a WiFi connection. Love it getting a second one. I looked and went through many smart locks this was the first I truly like.
