This lock is very effective. I love the fact thay changes your entire lock and you dont need your acrual keys to unlock. Pairing it with the eufy camera made me and my family feel extremely safe.

I like finger read option. The only thing missing is auto unlock.. maybe feature versions will support it. Installation was easy and quick.

Setting it up was easy. It works well for the most part. Occasionally, it did not recognize my fingerprints. Not a big deal because I could use the passcode as an alternative. All in all, I am happy with this purchase

All is good except the fingerprint sensitivity did not meet my expectation. Installation is easy for a newbie like me. This is an expensive unit. Buy if you are comfortable with the price point. I wish Eufy will develop a unit that incorporates with a video door bell one day at an affordable price.

Everybody in the house loves it especially my 5th grader. Easy for him to open and get inside the house. We recommended it to our relatives and they purchased too.

Eufy is amazing! I set my entire house up with everything they had to offer. The door bell, Door lock, Wireless cameras and entry alarms. The app is very easy to use and free. I enjoy this system a lot better then my Arlo that i had before

Only had the lock for a day but so far it’s way better than Yale/ August lock! Fingerprint reader works great. Setup was perfect. Auto lock works great. And it integrates with Alexa perfectly!

This smart lock set is in my opinion the best on the market. Just make sure you get the WiFi build in version. Because the other one is the same price if you want to add the WiFi later.

Best lock I’ve used and I’ve used a few. 3 different options to unlock and the app will let you know when you need to charge it. Also, no monthly fee!

The fingerprint recognition didn't work well for my wife, failure rate about 50%, it keeps locking her up, and she has to use PIN to unlock. We re-taught her fingerprints many times. Somehow it works well on two of my right hand fingers, not the left thumb. It should equip with a motion sensor, while door is moving to close, the auto-close function should be briefly disabled. Otherwise deadbolt can pop out hitting the door frame when the door is closing.

Great addition to the Eufy security family. Easy installtion and setup. Love the fact that there are 4+ different ways to lock/unlock and that individual fingerprints mean that I can know exactly when my family is going in and out of the house.

I absolutely love the smart lock. I love the convenience and ease of use. Being able to connect to your lock via Wi-Fi and lock it is amazing.

This is a really good door lock unit. It feels solid and not cheap. The finger print scanner is quick and easy to set up. I wish it had better integration w/ Google and IFTTT but I don’t know if that’s a Eufy issue or what. Otherwise, I’m satisfied w/ the purchase.

It's the best smart lock I've owned. It's pricey but it speaks and the battery lasts. I hate charging things constantly. So here's hoping for close to a year of battery life. It was an easy set up.

This is an awesome smart lock. I love that it has wifi and fingerprint capabilities. It is fairly simple to install. My only complaint is that it doesn't integrate with the rest of Eufy's security products i.e. cameras or security system.
