I installed this for a minute and then uninstalled it. I got bored and wanted to play with it. It works great. I decided to wait until I get my front door replaced before i install it for good.

This has been great for our house. Anytime that we leave town, we can give the code to our house sitter. It is easy to use, you just have to remember not to lock the door knob because it only controls the deadbolt.

Just purchased on July 21 installed it the next day July 22 and today is only July 27 which is the seventh day of having the lock installed and I’m already having issues of it stating that the door has failed to lock when the door is actually shut it does not lock automatically when it supposed to overall it is a sturdy lock it feels safe and secure I would recommend I am just not pleased that I am having these little issues within the first seven days of purchasing the lock

Looks and works great, easy install, a little expensive, but its all metal except the battery cover. In short works as advertised!

It works great.Door lock was installed on time.App also makes it easy to lock or unlock the door.

I liked these when I had them installed at my house. The remote access is perfect to let people in. The programmable codes with time slots is great for when people need access at certain times and the fingerprint was also awesome. I'll 100% get these again when I move into a new house.

The build quality is really solid and the features all work really well. This is my first product from Eufy, and compared to the Nest deadbolt I was about to purchase I would say this is a much better option.

Works great so far (I've only had it for a day) very easy to set up, program and use. Very easily integrated into Google home including Google home routines.

Good device with good battery life. We upgraded from a Ring device and it's light years ahead of what Amazon is delivering.

We really want to love this but we have had some issues with it. There is a noticeable 'lag' when having to push the numbers to enter your PIN. If you do not allow for it to 'wake up' you will almost always fail the first attempt. Battery life is good but if you are not using a fingerprint scan then getting in and out of the house can take more time than just using a key. Amazing tech support though. Still believe in Eufy and their products.
