It made our life so much more convenient. At first, i was having second thoughts because its pricier than other smart locks but it’s really worth it.

Really good lock, but had to be replaced 1yr later

Unfortunately, I'm currently getting it replaced with the same model since it glitched about 1 year into owning it. I have to say the EUFY tech support has been very helpful. I got the GEEK squad protection to extend this warranty, and will be giving it another year, since we really appreciate the convenience and remote ability of unlocking for our family/friends visiting.

The new one has shorter keys which is an improvement from the first one. Also they do lose internet at times so will not let you unlock if away. Not sure if the newer one experiences this. Just have to reinstall the older one which can be aggravating since you have to do the fingerprint input again for the contacts.
