easy install and setup. Great integration w/ Google Assistant/Google home. Quiet operation. Will be replacing my Schlage with this.

It’s pretty great if we’re being honest. It is rather large and clunky compared to other smart locks but it does the trick and pairs with HomeKit.

I love the easy use makes walking in the door so easy. I don’t have to fumble around with keys I just use my finger. Simple and easy!

Got 3 of these. Love these locks however there are few things that bug me, mostly software related. 1. Missing HomeKit compatibility 2. App is a bit clunky. Wish they’re was more seamless integration for multiple locks of per location. Doing fingerprint on multiple locks and setting multiple pins is not convenient. Could be streamlined. 3. Goes offline a lot, noticed that of don’t use specific door for extended period of time lock stops reporting to the app. Overall those are just annoyances related to software. Lock is great, and would definitely buy more if I had more doors :)

I purchased this lock to upgrade my front door. My girls are older so they come & go as they please. It’s really convenient to have phone access to lock & unlock as well as set up multiple accounts for codes & fingerprints. The pin pad is pretty sensitive but overall I am happy so far. Only used it for a month.

I like this lock a lot the reason i give it 4 stars is because when you set the timer on how long you want it unlocked for if you set it for 1 second it it’s too fast, then 30 seconds take like 2 minutes and the one minute is about the same also it doesn’t have a sensor to detect if the door is locked and if you lock it manually it says “door failed to lock” but it’s already locked.

Good battery life for how many people use it daily.

Great lock, works as it should. The lock has many ways to operate: coded entry, remote access, fingerprint scanner, and key backup which is a must for me when purchasing a smart lock (even if I never use it). If this lock has a proximity unlock feature I do not have that enabled, but the fingerprint scanner is just as easy in my opinion. Overall very happy with my purchase, it was less expensive than what I was replacing and I like the features and look of this lock much better

The smart lock works flawlessly. We love it. Total tech install was great as well. We purchased another one for our back door.

Works really great. Can also sync with the doorbell cam and if you use the cam you can unlock from video view rather than opening the app and choosing the lock. Only down side is that if you want to lock door without thumbprint you either have to hold the cancel button for 3 seconds or type passcode in and click cancel. You really should only have to press the lock button for a second to lock. Perhaps they can change this via firmware. If you use thumbprint then no issue, will lock instantly.

Easy to install. Works well in the application I'm using it for. Being able to add more than one administrator would be on my wish list

Great buy. Only wished the battery would last longer. It doesn't hold charge longer in the winter. Also no Smartthings integration.

Love this deadbolt. I was able to install it with no problems at all! I like the fact, that there’s different options to open the door!!
