Great product

The only problem I encountered with this product is the fact it only connects to 2.4 and I have the fastest internet so I had to mess around on settings for a while for it to connect and work but other than that. It’s great

I did have an issue with the auto lock feature in which I would keep getting errors when trying to auto lock. That problem was fixed with a software update. My only issue is with the battery. Eufy claims the battery will last a year on a charge. I only get around 2 months before I have to charge it. It's slightly annoying to have to charge every 2 months but maybe this is an issue they can resolve also. Other than that its a great lock.
