We purchased this 4/26, installed May 16th, and today, June 30th, we are charging the battery for the lock do to an incessant low battery warning alert. They estimated a year, but we are having to charge the battery 6 weeks after installation.

Great Lock

The exceeded my expectations and it’s solid, I’d buy another if I used the back door as much as the front. A Great recommendation to anyone skeptical, search no further!!

Eufy support was great, the issue eventually turned out to be software related which when updated, fixed the problem. Besides that, it has worked flawlessly...

I decided to complete the setup with the Smart Lock. I'm very pleased with the purchase. 1. Installation, took about 20 minutes including removing the old lock. 2, Setup via the app took another 20 minutes, sharing and adding fingerprints with three individuals. 3. The lock has worked flawlessly for two weeks using both the code and fingerprints.
