If I move I will buy it again, but now you can buy it with a camera. It is amazing!! I just put up my finger and don’t need keys to open my door. It is the best thing I have bought. Well there is also the ring security system and cameras. But it is amazing, I think of it and it makes me smile.

Had the item installed by Best Buy ran into a snag but was able to get squared away. Now i love the convenience of locking and unlocking my door.

When that product proved to be non-functional I made the switch to eufy and have been delighted ever since. This product does everything it says it will and it's app is amazingly straightforward and simple to use. Highly recommend eufy.

Just takes a couple tries to unlock if it gets stuck the first time. It honestly might be my door that causes it so take this with a grain of salt.

I had no problems. A neighbor purchased the same product and asked me to help install it. I had a problem because of his ISP. I contacted eufy Customer Service and they helped solve the issue. It doesn’t get any better than that.

However it was an easy install and works as described. Highly recommended over other smart locks that I was researching. Touchscreen and fingerprint sensors work great. Alerts are awesome knowing when the door is locked and unlocked and by who. Very satisfied with purchase so far.
