Initially it kept going off-line, so it was frustrating to constantly resetting/reinstalling to reconnect to Wi-Fi. But once it stabilizes, it works perfectly. Integration with Eufy doorbell is a plus. I can't comment on battery life since we've just started using it. I would definitely consider this if you're looking for a smart lock!

The deadbolt does not open completely causing the door to remain locked when it has unlocked. I have had to lock and unlock the door over 20 times during a single entry to get in. The lock looks great and operates wonderfully otherwise. The fingerprint reader is quick and consistent. I will return and try again, I hope it's just a bad kit and not a manufacturing defect.

So far the lock has been great with one exception. Occasionally the lock will bind when attempting to lock. It announces it loudly and is easily corrected manually, but it could be a security risk if you don't verify it locks before you leave.
