Great!! I love this key lock. I have total controls for security.

This is my second lock. Fingerprint registration is easy and works fast and well. If you have things on your hands, like gloves, then you can use the keypads. If the lock runs out of battery, then you can plug in a battery pack to give it power, or you can use a physical key.

Excellent lock with capabilities for fingerprint, code and key. Key is also very specialized and cannot be duplicated. Using the app I am able to add family members and customize code for each individual. Highly recommend this lock. I have not had the lock installed for long so cannot comment on the battery longevity.

I'm not a handy kind of a guy, but it was easy to set it up quickly. The instructions were easy to follow, and the product didn't feel cheaply made. In other words, if I can do it, you can do it too.

Setting up and putting this on our door it self took some work and figuring it out as well but after we got that knocked out of the way it works wonderful! Love that we can unlock or lock from our phone sometimes we have our hands full and this helps great so we don’t have to spend time trying to use a key or put in a pin

I have a Ring doorbell on the front of my house but I installed this on my back door...... it is by far one of the best deadbolts I have ever seen. Super easy step by step instructions and relatively easy to program for each family member. The fingerprint is why I purchased it and we could not be happier with it's operation!?

Really a good product and always used this in opening my door.

I am very happy with this purchase. I don't have to be looking for the key in my purse which takes me a long time specially when I am on a hurry. Its very convenient.

Only a 4 star because it doesn’t automatically lock when door is closed when exiting house Other than that it’s perfectly strong and secure, very sturdy gives me the feeling of safety

Great smart lock. fingerprint detection works most of time. and the app connection is smooth. I never take my keys when go out since I got this.

Replaced our previous smart lock that we hated. This is so much better. Fingerprint works perfectly. Also we have timed codes that expire so if mother-in -law comes over she has a two hour window she can enter the house before the code expires. Maybe the greatest feature in the history of human evolution.

One of the things that sold me on this one is that it's one of very few that have a physical key to unlock the door if needed. Installed a few months ago and it has been work perfectly since day 1.

Good for the kids. Don't have to worry about keys. Fingerprint work great. One thing that can be updated, is the app. The app does notify when the door is being locked or unlock , but don't tell you who. When you setup the fingerprint on the app you have to enter everyone in the house name. The app store the name but won't show in the notification.

I am pleasantly surprised with the easy set up and accuracy of this automatic lock. I had only one instance when it disconnected from our network but it worked itself out while we were traveling. I definitely recommend this brand as I have used their security cams as well and the app is very strong.
