I was having problems with using our combination lock not working. I love the options with this luck. You can either use a code, fingerprint or your key. We generally use our fingerprint but love the options if there is any issues with the lock.

Very durable lock, I have one installed outside exposed to elements on both sides and it still holds up. Bummer they don’t connect to home kit, they aren’t very sleek or streamlined, and the fingerprint doesn’t work great if you have really clean hands, but overall, much better than my Schlage encode which didn’t last a year, even on my main entry door which is traditional inside and outside. These locks feel like they can take a beating, have a very unique key wherein the key slot is behind an unassuming cover. The app response time is very fast. I have eufy cameras as well so I’m impressed with their product.

The eufy smart lock has been good for my front door so far, It easily was setup with wifi connection. It's really helpful to check my front locked or not, It helps me peace in mind. Recommend the product for new house owners.

My mother moved in with onset Dementia so it is a GREAT investment! She uses both her finger & passcode! Works well with the app. Absolutely no issues!

Excellent smart lock. The fingerprint scanner is fast and responsive. The ability to connect to the network and activate from a phone or Google Home device is a nice perk. Pair this with a video doorbell to help complete your smart home experience.

Great and easy to install! Love the all black color and fingerprint is a game changer! Great value as well, don’t like that you have to punch your code back in to lock the door unless I am kidding something but locking with finger is great! My guests just have to worry about that.

It's a little clunky, often says lock not closed right when it is, but hasn't effected the performance. Sometimes you have to enter code more than once and locking it from the outside is confusing.

We like it its great lock with all the activity on the app letting u knw when & who unlocking the door ect.. its nice only have to calibrated the lock sometimes thats it

Best purchase I’ve ever made for my house. I can lock and unlock so quick and give others access so easily. Can even unlock while away from phone. Battery last a few months out.

It never unlock on the first fingerprint scan, always have to scan multiple times before it works. Battery died after 5 months and a week with and average of 2 unlocks per 3.

This was easy to install and works! The fingerprint reader works great. I didn’t know until after purchasing that the lock comes with its own set of keys. They give 4 or 5 which is great but now I have two sets of keys for my house.

Best door lock. Tried a Yale and it was bad. This lock doesn’t drop network. Has options for opening door and works great

I would like an external port for a battery charger or AC adapter

This is a good lock and it does what its supposed to but sometimes if you try to open the door before its unlocked it will fail or at least it does om my door outside of that happy with purchase

No more key need it, I love the fact that I can unlock from my phone and I receive notifications every time someone unlock and lock the door

Awesome smart lock. It had some bugs at first but they worked those out in firmware updates. Battery doesn't seem to last quite as long as advertised but it comes out really easy so its not a huge deal. Everything works as it should for me.

Absolutely love this lock. Bought this to replace an original lock and I couldn't be happier with it. The app features are fantastic and this product is a true winner.

Works well, just had trouble with the install. I have a manufactured home those doors are a little different from regular houses. I had to do some trimming and cutting so it was not a quick install for me. Otherwise product is pretty solid.

Super easy install to the door, connects to the internet and very user friendly app. Would recommend 100%
