I love smart locks overall and thought these were the best but found they dont work well if you fingers are sweaty or if it is raining outside. Also, the lock goes out after about 1.5-2 years if it is heavily used. This happened to both houses. I am debating on not replacing with the same brand.

This Smart Lock has multiple ways for opening a door. Fingerprint, keycode, through the app, and most importantly for me, an actual physical key. So, no matter the scenario, I will be able to enter my home.

Unfortunately, I didn’t check that until after my Best Buy return period. I wanted to schedule someone to only be able to unlock the door on Wednesday’s. It will not unlock at all for her. If I take off the schedule it will unlock for her. After about a month of back and forth with eufy the said it should work with the last update. No such luck!

Can set up for multiple users through the app and you’ll get a notification on your phone with who opened or closed the door. Connects directly using wifi, easy step by step instructions through the app and even has a video showing how to install. You can unlock/unlock using your fingerprints. Also comes with a proprietary key in case you like traditional key style. Highly recommend.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased on July 21 installed it the next day July 22 and today is only July 27 which is the seventh day of having the lock installed and I’m already having issues of it stating that the door has failed to lock when the door is actually shut it does not lock automatically when it supposed to overall it is a sturdy lock it feels safe and secure I would recommend I am just not pleased that I am having these little issues within the first seven days of purchasing the lock
