This is actually my third smart lock, so I feel fairly qualified to give an opinion on this product. Let me start by saying the packaging is excellent, as are the included instructions. You can get video guidance on installation through the app, as well. Installation couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and all necessary hardware (even some unnecessary hardware) is neatly packed and labeled with the appropriate step in the box. Using the Eufy app and a smart phone, you can easily set up the lock with your home WiFi and link multiple users, each with their own codes (and even fingerprints!) to allow easy keyless unlocking. Secondary users can be limited in their access to certain times or days of the week, as well. Secondary users can also be easily deleted should you need to revoke access. WiFi allows easy remote unlocking/locking from within the app, as well as pairing with your favorite smart device, should you choose to do so. The included battery is removable for easy recharging with the included micro USB cable. Should the battery ever inexplicably run out on you, though- this lock even comes with a physical “key” to unlock the door. A big step up from the Yale lock this replaced. Great lock, lots of great security features, and clear documentation with excellent packaging. Best one I’ve had yet!

Best smart lock on the market. We have 9!! No problems. No more keys. Also if you have the door camera even better

Sometimes it doesn’t sync well with the app. It doesn’t auto lock; and shows an inaccurate status in the app even after being calibrated multiple times. I hope it is a software issue that will be fixed with the next update. Otherwise the lock is solid and works great.

LOVE this lock and just about every other item Eufy has released. This was my first Eufy purchase, and we were so pleased with it (and their intuitive app) that we've since added many Eufy products to our home. The battery tends to last for 4-6 months, and the WiFi signal is excellent, even when it's far away from the modem/router. Highly recommended.

Bought another lock and we did not like it. We returned that and purchased this one and it is perfect for our home!

I love these things. I have them on my easy-access doors. Unlocking with your fingerprint is really cool.

Very easy to install and set up. It’s nice to set codes for individual people so you can monitor who is coming in and out. You can also set temp codes for people.

Many way to unlock the door, finger, code, phone and key. It seems durable but only drawback is the finger. Sometimes it doesn't recognize it.

Great lock. Not a single issue. Touch screen functionality awesome. Been using for sometime. Yet to know how long batter last. I previously had yale lock z wave but this much better lock.

Love the finger print entry so easy entry. Thinking of buying one for my back door.

Works great for my AirBnB rental. Easily change codes, access remotely, and full log of entry and exits.

I bought this because unfortunately my child keeps loosing the house keys. I love that it has different options on unlocking the door and that I can open from anywhere.

For everything this offers it's very cool. However it has connection issues a lot. But what you want from a lock. The finger reader is fast and accurate. Overpriced though for sure but the novelty of it makes me keep

Phenomenal product. Looks great on my door! I really enjoy the fingerprint option! How many people can say that they open their door with their fingerprints
