I am now on my 2nd Eufy Smart Lock Touch with Wifi. Installation is simple but that is about it that went well for me. The first one had this constant issue where it would go offline, and would not reconnect unless I was next to it with the bluetooth and re-entered the wifi information. Then 2 days after install the finger touch sensor completely crapped out. So, I thought ok just this unit was defective. Exchanged it and got the new one in quick and easy. Now, same thing, constantly drops the connection over and over again. For this price, this product better do what it is suppose to do. This is frustrating. I really wanted to get away from Ring and subscription-based service, but the product needs to work. The only thing that went well was the Best Buy customer service making my exchange very quickly and having me on my way.

Love the easy of use with finger print scanner. Every now and then the bolt gets stuck when unlocking but I'll blame that on the strike plate on my door.
