    This product works. I have had it for a few months now and had no issues. The battery issue i see in other reviews I don't have took it out the box and plugged it haven't charged it ever and i still have three bars. the fingerprint sensor works and improves with use AI learning. overall thumbs up

    This is a fantastic lock and in nickel looks gorgeous. It’s heavy duty and is very intuitive. My gripe as always with Eufy is the lack of 3rd party integration but otherwise they build quality products with practical features
