Spent $250 on it in 2022 and had zero issues. Warranty is only good for 18 months and now on month 20 of owning it, it no longer will connect to the WiFi. I have done everything possible to fix it with no luck. It’s now reset and has no codes, cannot be fixed and can only be opened with a manual key. If you want a super fancy lock for less than two years then definitely buy this one.

The glass panel on the keypad is slowly lifting up. Hoping that the manufactures warranty will cover this. If not, it will be a disappointment. Other than the wear this product has been amazing and has benefited life immensely.

We really like the nickel look of the door lock. Also, using the fingerprint I.D. option makes it very easy to get in and out of your home .
