I have an entire smart home so i have to use lots smart devices and this lock is so easy to use with rechargeable battery and lets you know always status, Eufy is an awesome company cant wait to get more technology by them

Great product! My favorite feature is the auto lock.. and using the app on my phone to lock and unlock the door! It’s so helpful with having small children and my hands are always full now I just have to turn the door knob instead of fumbling for my keys!

Love that it uses wifi and you can log several different fingerprints. Also like that you can't copy the keys. Two things we would like to change is the autolock. It would be nice to be able to set the time to a different time on the weekend vs the weekdays. Also we would like it to be easier to use with Alexa.

Door is worth the money. The installation was simple and the internet and fingerprint work nicely. There is also a backup key if needed. The placement of the lock on the door must be current or it will get stuck. Use a professional if you are not handy with tools. You will enjoy not have to use keys.

Does what it's supposed to do: Smart wifi security lock. Love the fingerprint reader. Battery lasts about 7 months!

Easy installation, easy setup and easy to use. Installed about a month ago and have had no issues. Connected via WiFi and can be opened, closed thru the app or a key (5) included, a code or finger print.

So impressed with this home lock system. No more keys!!Wish i had bought one sooner. You can also add other members of your household fingerprints. It has an autolock feature that is great so it can lock by itself after 5,30 sec. or 1 min. The app is great too. So many features definitely worth it

Really a good product and always used this in opening my door.

Great product for a wireless smart lock that allows you to create multiple codes for guests and thumb print recognition. Super easy to install. My only complain is that occasionally the turn knob on the inside gets stuck sometimes for some reason but will release when you use biometrics, code or app to unlock it.

Item works great!!! It was very great I love technology that my main reasons why I bought it but his serves my family great use because when we’re not at home we’re able to connect to the door and when my key is leave the door automatically locks after three minutes I really like it

This is an awesome product so far. The material seems very sturdy but at the same time not bulky. Setup and installation was a breeze. Took no more that 20 minutes; 25 if you include the app set up. I'm really liking Eufy's smart security items so far!

Love the look. Love the fingerprint scanner. Love the quality. I actually have nothing bad or negative to say other than the Best Buy I went to only had 2 of these and I didn’t have time to drive to another store. I’ve had a few smart locks over the years and these are far superior in almost every way.

I primarily used this for the fingerprint sensor, but having a touchpad is great for visitors. You'll need to replace your current lock unlike the August Smartlock system. I recommend getting a screwdriver and tape measure since you'll need to do measurements during the installation process.

I tried most smarlocks. This is probably my favorite so far. The built-in wifi is a great addition to an already awesome product. Only complaint is fingerprint reader maybe too accurate and misses a lot. Clammy hands must be dried 1st.

Its actually really good, easy to install and easy to use. The app is super helpful too, it lets you know when someone is home and who it is and if you ever get locked out just use the app to unlock the door. Theres always the key if it comes to it. 10/10 I recommend getting it with built in WIFI.

It locks, it unlocks. It takes biometric input, app input and code input. Battery without autolock turned on will last a year. With autolock turned on, about 3 months. Overall a competitive offering from Anker.

Sleek design and high quality product. Nice and convenient to know if door locked/unlocked and able to unlock the door without a key if I was out on a run or was coming home in an Uber ride.

So far this item has been very good for our normal use. We had visitors coming over for the weekend, and I was able to assign them a code to enter. It's very easy to use, and I beliebe I have only charged it twice since purchasing.

I am pleasantly surprised with the easy set up and accuracy of this automatic lock. I had only one instance when it disconnected from our network but it worked itself out while we were traveling. I definitely recommend this brand as I have used their security cams as well and the app is very strong.

It basically does what it is supposed to. Fingerprint reader works but you have to be very particular how you place your finger on it even with the long process of capturing a print. The annoying thing with it is the auto-lock feature. If you close your door and lock it manually it will try and lock your door 2 minutes later and complain that it can't lock the door. it doesn't even know its already locked and yells to the whole house "failed to lock the door" and sends me a text. The lock feels grindy at times when you manually turn the lock handle which makes me think it won't live very long. Next time I will spend more to see if you get what you pay for.
