Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice product, only downside is that it does not allow you to schedule a start and end date with specific times. i.e: Maybe i want my guest to be able to check in at 3pm but then have unlimited access until 11am on checkout day. Currently this is not possible. If it was possible, I would use this device at other properties. But with that being the only blemish, please know this device is amazing for everything else!

Fingerprint stopped working after a month

It’s overall great except the fingerprint option completely stopped working a little over a month of having it. Not returnable anymore, called eufy and they will send me a new one but I have to send back broken one first. And I can’t have no door lock. So have to buy a lock then return this and then get the new one! Ridiculous.

The best Smart Lock ever used
