Can also sync with the doorbell cam and if you use the cam you can unlock from video view rather than opening the app and choosing the lock. Only down side is that if you want to lock door without thumbprint you either have to hold the cancel button for 3 seconds or type passcode in and click cancel. You really should only have to press the lock button for a second to lock. Perhaps they can change this via firmware. If you use thumbprint then no issue, will lock instantly.

So far works fine even though fingerprint it not always on first try. Geek quad agebt installed first one wrong but I went and putchased another one and they uninstalled and reinstalled new one. So far so good. Just wish it auto unlocked like the august one did

I would worry at night and wonder “did I lock the door” and this help ease my thought because it’s set up to automatically lock within a few minutes. Perfect!

I bought fully charged and installed my lock and battery on March 21st 2021, today is April 11th 2021 and my battery is already dead and in need of recharging. So 3.5 weeks... And we open our front door less than the 10 times per day specified. Other than that it works perfectly

The only problem I encountered with this product is the fact it only connects to 2.4 and I have the fastest internet so I had to mess around on settings for a while for it to connect and work but other than that. It’s great
