I bought three for my house and a family member bought two for his home. I love smart locks overall and thought these were the best but found they dont work well if you fingers are sweaty or if it is raining outside. Also, the lock goes out after about 1.5-2 years if it is heavily used. This happened to both houses. I am debating on not replacing with the same brand.

Works well, just had trouble with the install. I have a manufactured home those doors are a little different from regular houses. I had to do some trimming and cutting so it was not a quick install for me. Otherwise product is pretty solid.

Locks by it’s self every minute after being unlocked, and the finger print scanner never gives me a problem no matter how sweaty or wet my hands are

Awesome smart lock. It had some bugs at first but they worked those out in firmware updates. Battery doesn't seem to last quite as long as advertised but it comes out really easy so its not a huge deal. Everything works as it should for me.

Work great, once in a while you need to double check if it’s look or not because when you unlock from inside, sometimes it doesn’t know it unlocked…

Works well, not as great as expected in quality and connectivity ratio

The smart lock works great except for a scheduled access and eufy can’t seem to fix it. Unfortunately, I didn’t check that until after my Best Buy return period. I wanted to schedule someone to only be able to unlock the door on Wednesday’s. It will not unlock at all for her. If I take off the schedule it will unlock for her. After about a month of back and forth with eufy the said it should work with the last update. No such luck!

My kids amd the whole family love this kids dont need to worry about losing thier key just thumb print and thier in never locked out always reliable

My parents love this. I got it for them for Christmas. Now I can never get in their house

It would be a perfect 5 star rating if it would auto lock immediately after the door has closed like the August locks, and the biometric scanner needs an update as well but other than that its very convenient and i would definitely recommend this product

Great smart lock fully intergrates with Eufy system. Individual access codes what more can be said.

Just purchased on July 21 installed it the next day July 22 and today is only July 27 which is the seventh day of having the lock installed and I’m already having issues of it stating that the door has failed to lock when the door is actually shut it does not lock automatically when it supposed to overall it is a sturdy lock it feels safe and secure I would recommend I am just not pleased that I am having these little issues within the first seven days of purchasing the lock

This smart lock its so convenient for people that like to carry a lot of stuff in our hands and can’t find the keys on our purse.

Sometimes it doesn’t sync well with the app. It doesn’t auto lock; and shows an inaccurate status in the app even after being calibrated multiple times. I hope it is a software issue that will be fixed with the next update. Otherwise the lock is solid and works great.
